Enjoyed staying here unit was clean and close to beach and took some awesome pictures of the beach.

Great budget accommodation close to everything. Only down side was the stairs. (Killer)

The Unit was clean, tidy & roomy. Walking distance to the shops, cafes etc. Beach was right across the road. Supermarkets a very short drive away. All in all nice place to stay; even though the building is older - but inside very comfortable. Didn't mind the stairs either. Thank you.

Clean and tidy unit in an excellent location for a very reasonable price. Dealing with Stayz and Accomodation Caloundra has been an easy pleasant experience after some average experiences with Air B&B so we will be using this option in the future too.

Unit 3 Kookaburra Court

This unit is in a fantastic location, close to amenities, the beach and the main street of Caloundra. Unfortunately the positives of the location did not make up for the lack of cleanliness. Surfaces and inside appliances were unclean, there were ants in the bathroom and kitchen, cockroaches and water leaking through the ceiling of the ensuite bathroom when it rained. The carpet was dirty and stained. Taps dripped in the bathroom (laundry sink). There was also a lot of dust, that aggravated allergies. Communication and check in process made easy by Accommodation Caloundra.

Great position, great views. Very comfortable unit, only drawback are the stairs. I would definetly recommend this unit and would stay again.

Great location

Close to everything, great views. Property was clean, but could do with a bit of updating. Rental agency was well organised & had everything ready for us when we got there, very helpful with info on the property.

great place to stay

If you want a good relaxing holiday this place Kookaburra Court is a great place to stay. Right on the family friendly Bulcock beach. Close to shops and restaurants. You can leave your carf in the garage and walk. Great atmosphere Happy Valley across the road if you want a picnic. Highly recommend it.
