Winter Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our winter stay at Island Princess with the white sands and gulf view. If we had any needs or concerns during our stay the staff was very helpful and responsive to take care of an issue. Our condo was comfortable and very convenient to the upper level parking. We have been very pleased to rent through Brooks and Shorey. Very good to work with.

Family Vacay

Spent a week with my 2 grandkids age 16 and 7. The unit was clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. Pool was nice and just a short walk to beach. Very kid friendly. The only negative thing was there was construction going on and it was noisy at times and also parking was hard due to Thee construction. They were up front about the construction when we rented the unit. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely rent this unit again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in IP 208. The view was perfect as well as being located just above the pool and near the parking area. The only complain I have is that I wish it were more updated. I would stay again though!

Bed was not comfortable the ceiling has dust or mold in the living area, pool gates were not working properly. It just didn't seem to be up to Brooks & Shorey standards.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors have probably never been mopped, curtains stained and dirty, sofa stained, food dried up on pictures in dining area. Outside area needs to be pressure washed, has mildew on stairs.
