Nestled on a hillside above Park City, the Jordanelle Estates features high-end luxury and unmatched views. Only eight minutes from Main Street and the ski resorts, this gorgeous home sleeps 14-16 people comfortably. With 4000 square feet of living space and 5 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, you’ll enjoy a blissful, satisfying vacation any time of year. Professionally decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this home provides relaxation, peace, and incomparable enjoyment.

A large driveway leads to the beautiful property. There’s parking for two vehicles in the spacious garage. There’s also additional room for three more vehicles in the driveway.

Entering the home through the garage, you’ll find a mud room with plenty of space for skis, coats, boots, and other equipment. There’s a half bathroom by the mud room and a laundry room with an HE High-Capacity washer and dryer. This area leads to a sizeable great room with plenty of open gathering space.

The gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen features Wolf Subzero Appliances and quartz countertops. The range features a griddle for easy cooking and a toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, waffle iron, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and baking dishes provide everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal. Next to the open kitchen, you’ll find a dining room area with a table for eight and countertop seating for four.

The living room has 12’ ceilings, an open face gas fireplace, large couch and chairs, and a 65” HD Smart TV. The upper deck runs from the living room to the master bedroom and has incredible views.

You’ll also find the Master Suite on the Main Floor. With a King-sized bed, comfortable bedding, a 65" HD Smart TV and an en suite bathroom, enjoying a good night’s rest will be easy. The bathroom features a stand-alone, deep soaking tub and large separate shower. There’s also easy access to the deck from this bedroom. Another King-sized bedroom with a 50" HD Smart TV, en suite bathroom (tub/shower combination) is also located on the main floor.

Downstairs, a spacious family room features an additional gas fireplace, 75” HD Smart TV, huge sectional, and plenty of space. A large table with chairs allows your group to play games together easily. Several board games and cards are provided in the home. There’s an Foosball table and a Pool table as well. A Queen air mattress allows for extra sleeping space.

The patio (accessed from the family room) has a sunken hot tub to relax in after a busy day of Park City fun. Additionally, there’s one bedroom with TWO built-in bunkbeds (twin-over-full) featuring easy access stairs. This room shares a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with another bedroom featuring a Queen-sized bed. Down a small hallway, you’ll find a private King-bedroom with en suite bathroom (tub/shower combination).

The entire home has FREE Wifi, DirecTV satellite television (with HD DVR), Central Air-Conditioning, and full heat.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, the Retreat at Jordanelle neighborhood offers a lovely, brand-new area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private retreat. With a neighborhood clubhouse and only a 6-8 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts, this area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year.

With 4 bedrooms (2 Master suites), 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of room for 9-11 people, this gorgeous home will exceed your expectations. Both great rooms and all the bedrooms have HD Smart TVs. The main level features a comfortable, open living room with a large sectional, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, 70” HD Smart TV, and space for relaxing. The dining area has seating for eight at the table and four at the bar.

Granite countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances make the kitchen perfect for eating in and gathering for a meal. There’s a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, toaster, pot/pans, crock pot, cookie sheets, wine glasses, dishes, utensils, glassware, and much more available for use.

The main level also features a ½ bath and a laundry room with a top-loading washer and front-loading dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Upstairs, the first sizable Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, luxurious bedding, ceiling fan, 55” HD Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a his/hers dual shower. The 2nd upstairs room features a Queen-sized bed, 50” HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, and shared full bathroom with a shower. A twin-sized bunkbed with twin trundle makes the 3rd upstairs bedroom perfect for kids. It also has a 50” HD Smart TV and shares the hallway bathroom with the Queen room.

The lowest level of the home has a large bonus room with a sectional couch (containing a Queen-sized sleeper sofa), a poker table with game board and bumper pool, board games and cards, a 70” HD Smart TV with surround sound, and a third full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The 2nd Master bedroom is also on the lowest level and has a King-sized bed and 55” HD Smart TV. The walk-out patio hosts comfortable seating for 4 with a fire pit table for warmth and ambiance on cool mountain evenings.

The entire home has a soft-water system, free reliable high-speed WIFI, DIRECTV satellite television with NFL Sunday Ticket Max, Cinemax, HBO, Starz, Showtime, Golf channel, MLB Network, NBC Sports Network, NBA Network and more! To keep you comfortable, there is also central air-conditioning, and full heat.

This home includes garage parking for two small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Wonderful New Years Stay
Our group of 12 stayed for a week over New Years and absolutely loved the home. The house is well stocked with plenty of cooking items, seasonings, cleaners, sleds for winter sports, blankets, towels, games, etc. The home is spacious with a large living room on both levels. Your located 10-15 min from Park City downtown or skiing. There’s a ski shuttle pick up about 3 min from the house that would also drive you to the mountain. We had one issue with the dishwasher on Jan. 1st. I emailed the manager and received a response within an hour and a technician came out with a solution the next day. Great communication! We’d recommend Moose Management properties!

We were in the Park City area for a family reunion. My family - all 14 of us - stayed at this property and thuroghly enjoyed it. The kids (ages 9 mo. to 11 years) had a ball downstairs and the adults could hang out upstairs. Great view!
