- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

- A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.

Check in time will be at 4pm, check out time will be at 10am. All other arrangements to check in early or late check out, must be arranged with the resort directly, after we have confirmed your room.

When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit.

ADDITIONAL FEE S DUE AT CHECK IN: $15 per day resort fee.

Resort Fee Includes: Pools and hot tubs, poolside movies, fitness room, business center computer/Internet and boarding pass printing.

A $100 refundable authorization is due at check in to cover incidentals, it will be released at check out.

A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via email once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we ll send the confirmation letter right away.

Extremely Satisfying Get Away

All needs were met met in this perfect vacation get away. Plenty of space to spread out. Excellent amenities (multiple pools, mini-golf, basketball courts, BBQ, etc) Beautiful campus and views. So relaxing, yet very close to the entire Disney area. Absolutely perfect get away!

Lake Bryan Resort Review

I was charged resort fee when we arrived. I was not told when i requested and booked property that there would be an additional amount due, i.e., resort fee. The room was nice but the appliance (oven was of need of repair and possible updating ... bottom of oven .. roller was off line and there was rust.

It rained our entire stay, no form of adult entertainment on site [bar], no indoor activities at all except gym. Arts and crafts was a dub, I was lied to. They said their would be piggy banks, instead, there were cupcake ornaments and small sun magnets. I visited another hotel nearby for a showcase, theirs appeared more entertaining.

The property was nice. When I booked it the owner came back and wanted more money. I was told there was billiards and a game room which was not on property. also upset after paying fully for property to still have to pay more resort fees and water sport costs. property needs to be more upfront on everything.
