A nice stay for extended family visit

Melissa’s home is a clean and peaceful space for an extended family weekend in Waco. Close to Cafe Homestead and Baylor we enjoyed escaping the crowds while still having proximity to campus.

Perfect for our girls’ weekend

We enjoyed this home for our girls’ weekend. Close enough to enjoy Baylor and Magnolia but with a great outdoor area to enjoy the stars at night. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for our extended stay

What a wonderful home for our week-long visit to Waco! The property was clean and comfortable for all 7 of us. We especially enjoyed the huge backyard! Melissa was readily available to answer any questions and even went out of her way to quickly replace a broken TV. We highly recommend this property!

Comfy stay in the country!

The house was a great layout for a rental! Rooms were big and separated for privacy purposes. Beds were ALL extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all you need. Melissa was very accessible at all times. I would highly recommend this house!

We were in for Baylor Homecoming. The house was spacious and clean and met all of our needs. It's just a little far from campus.

Beautiful, spacious home and property.

I booked this property for my mother’s 85th birthday celebration. The home is located in a quiet community with friendly neighbors. The home was spacious enough for the attendees and didn’t feel cramped at all. Great outdoor area too with a huge backyard. There was ample firewood provided for the fireplace and the fire pit was ready to go. Upon leaving my mother said “We may see you again”! Great time had by all!

Great size house

The house was lovely and the backyard was huge. Our dogs were so happy but I didn’t realize the backyard was not fenced so that caused a little problem. While the master was lovely, there was no place to hang out clothes because the master closet was locked. The house was just far enough away from the traffic so that you could relax but only a 13 min drive to the Silos.

Darling farmhouse in Waco

We loved our stay in Waco at this comfortable, darling farmhouse. It was my husband and I, our 5 adult children and our 2 year old granddaughter. We were in town for Baylor University Graduation. It was perfect. The house is about a 15 minute drive to the University, downtown Waco, etc. it is so comfortable, and has everything you need. The grounds are massive and it was perfect for the grandparents to come back for lunch after graduation. The host is lovely and so easy going…we will definitely be back!! You will not be disappointed if you rent this cute VRBO!

Best place ever!

Vrbo is not to us so when I say this is the best place ever, I meant it. We were there for my niece Baylor graduation. Place had enough space for our big family but the nice size back yard gave ample roam for outside games! You couldn’t even tell there were neighbors .
