You won't believe the stunning views from this 2 bedroom oceanfront unit until you come and experience it for yourself!

Located on the 2nd-floorthisunit is set up for easy living and the perfect getaway for the family holiday or with friends.

The property has recently been renovated with new flooring, paint and kitchen.
The lounge room area has a comfy lounge and large screen TV, the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and oven and the laundry is internal with washer and dryer.

The lounge and dining area flows out onto the balcony where you will want to sit back and relax with your morning cuppa or watch the sunrise over the ocean baths and the ocean with amazing views of The Entrance Ocean Bath Pools, The Entrance North, and beyond. If you are lucky enough you may even get to watch the whales playing in the water during migration season

With access to a shared garage, you will want to park the car and take a stroll into The Entrance town and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre and more.
With many beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Beach (Patrolled) Toowoon Bay (Patrolled) Shelly Beach (Patrolled) Blue Bay and many more, you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

Take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest.

The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1.
If you wish to leave the car at home, multiple buses are available from town to access different parts of the Central Coast.

The unit is lovely & has a stunning outlook. It was well set up except needed more rubbish bags, hand towels, soap & clothes detergent. It would be best supply these or be more specific they are not supplied. It was stated there was a washer & dryer but the bottle of detergent was empty.

Reviewer Comments: On leaving we were instructed to leave the property in ‘the same condition’ as our arrival, so we did as directed: The clothes dryer still didn’t work,The powerpoint near the dryer was still dodgy,The toilet brush was still broken and unusable,The towel hook behind the bathroom door was still broken and unusable,The shower was still hard to turn off and dripped incessantly, There was still no bin in the bathroom,There was still no hair dryer,There was still no bath mat supplied in the bathroom...bring your own,There was still no working bulb in the bedside lamp,There was still a pair of previous tenant slippers under the bed, along with dirt, rubbish and grim.There was still no DVD player, as listed in the amenities on the Century21 site. No wifi here either so if it rains for the week make sure you bring games and books.There was still dust and grime under the lounges, as on arrival.The guest information folder was woefully out of date and unhelpful. There was actually an 18 year old local Information Guide in the folder.On a positive note; the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen spotless. Of course the views were lovely, being waterfront.

Great property - terrible manager

The property had a beautiful view but my experience with the real estate who manage the property was poor. They wanted me to SMS them a photo of my credit card (no-one has ever asked me that before. It's a dodgy request). Then they forgot to pay back my deposit until I rang them up two weeks later to remind them 🙄

Spectacular Panoramic Views

The view is breathtaking and the location is fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean and tidy. The large television was a great feature as well. I had an extremely restful and relaxing weekend and look forward to staying there again.

great view

the only thing that good about this unit is the view. unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at all since the beds were most uncomfortable and the unit in general was not clean. I killed 3 cockoroaches and the whole unit needs a good renovation. The kitchen pots were all stained so I was using disposables plates and cups. Sorry but I would not recommend it, did not get my money's worth.

The property was as expected from advertisement but some maintenance attention is needed in bathroom and kitchen. Beds were comfortable, laundry was good. Location is excellent. Quiet locations good for family visit.

Comfortable and convenient.

This flat was in a great location. My daughter stayed there alone for a week before I joined her and she felt safe and secure. It was lovely to relax in the winter sun and watch the windsurfers and then take a short walk and grab a coffee.
