Our family home is available for a minimum of 7 days rental to families only, between 22 December 2018 and 12 January 2019.

Set in a delightful, palm fringed tropical garden in a beachside community of individual houses with shared beachfront tennis court adjacent to a large grassed area with beach access. Our 2 level home features 4 huge bedrooms with ceiling fans and cedar louvres throughout creating a resort-style vibe. Large granite kitchen, walk in pantry and feature bar with living to lovuretec covered deck with 8 seater alfresco table and Weber BBQ.

Sea view from kitchen and upstairs Master bedroom. Main living upstairs with Sky and unlimited internet plus a second TV room. Downstairs encompasses 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another living area with kitchenette which opens to tropical garden.Great kid space but no tv there.
Suitable for 1 or 2 families. Strictly no non family groups or parties.

This is our home so pantry items stocked on a use and replace basis, but welcome to use basics, flour sugar etc freely. Personal items, i.e. clothing will remain,mostly in Master, but space will be made available for your clothing items. No garaging is available to tenants but there is space for 3 cars on the property.

Please note linen is supplied for the Master bedroom only as it is a Californian King bed. Other bedrooms have the following bed configurations: 2 downstairs bedrooms have a Queen bed in each. The remaining bedroom downstairs has 2 singles. Towels are not supplied either. Teatowels are supplied.

Please note that the photos shown do not have the same furniture that is currently in the house,however the current furniture is of the same standard.

From 1st February 2019 this house will be available for long term rental 1 year or more. Unfurnished $980 per week (negotiable)
