Communication with host excellent and easy checking in. Great location on quiet street, walking distance to shops and beach. Off street parking & garage for at least 2 cars. 2 bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs really suited our family. Well stocked kitchen & 2 good sized bathrooms.Would definitely stay again.

Right next the mount & beach - Ideal Kiwi getaway

A spacious and modern home with a classic bach feel, my friends and I had the best time. A short walk to Mount Maunganui beach and central shops, we were never short of things to do. It was nice to wake up to sunny days on the balcony, with a direct view of the mount. The super comfy beds and Smart TV were a bonus. Adele is a lovely host with great communication. Wish we could come back every year!

Great for a group

Everything about this property and the property manager were great for what we wanted. Location was perfect so we had walking access to beach and town. Table tennis was a bonus. Adele was prompt and easy to communicate with. One thing was the pantry door looked as if it might be broken so was tricky to open and close. Otherwise everything was perfect for our group and everyone enjoyed there stay.
