Great place to stay with friends whilst visiting Marysville. There are a few areas which could do with some maintenance and cleaning, but otherwise it was perfect for our needs. A real bonus was there being enough fire wood for us to have the fire going the whole time we were there.
I wanted to get out of town for a few days with my teenagers. Our 4 night stay in Marysville was perfect. The property was like a home away from home. Gorgeous location for outdoor activities and relaxation. Property manager was very prompt to respond to queries. Would stay again.
House very comfortable - beautiful beds and linen. Showers weee terrific. Well designed for kids plus adults. Great fireplace. Photos don’t show scale of room which was very large and allowed 2 zones. Thanks for having us!
Had a lovely quiet time exploring Maryville and the comforts of the house.
Everything you could need for a great stay was in the house - highly recommended.
The house was even more impressive in real life than it appeared in the photos. Very quiet with beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable and warm and coonara fire made it even more special.
This is the perfect little place for a family stay right in the heart of marysville. Easy walking distance to the shops and the house is fully equipped with everything you need.
House is situated easy walking distance to the main street, parks & sports ground. Very quiet. Roomy. Can easily accommodate two families. Only complaint was the kitchen wasn't very clean.
Lovely house, very well equipped, lovely location, great for kids with cubby house and slide in garden, and books and games inside.

A building site next door?
I have a child with asthma and throughout the booking process I was NEVER told there was a building site next door with a porta loo less than 1.5 metres from the front door! It literally amounts to false advertising. I would never have chosen the house knowing the dust could trigger an ashtma attack. One sink was also blocked in the upstairs powder room so unable to wash hands.
Beeches was a lovely home set high at the back of the the Main Street of Marysville. Very quiet and an easy walk into town.
It was perfect for the four of us, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and very cosy with Coonara heater upstairs and portable heaters in each bedroom.
We were there in April and the colours from the trees were spectacular.
We loved our weekend away. Great location, lovely clean property and even though it was mid January we enjoyed the wood fire. It poured rain all weekend but that didn't dampen our spirits. Loved the birdlike that visited too.
Lovely property in a great location. Short walk to town centre. Comfy beds. Cozy. Clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Brilliant books for the kids to read. Nice garden.
But frustrating to say the least not to have any hot water for showers or washing up. I prefer a hot shower to a cold shower in the morning or after a hike!
Great layout for two families with 4 kids ranging from ages 7 to 11. Home was clean and quite new. My only quibble is that the 4 x bunk beds weren't made up upon our arrival. Linen was provided.
Very well presented property with indoor fire and outdoor fire pit ideal for marshmallow roasting. Conveniently located for day drips to Lake Mountain. Very comfortable beds with clean crisp white linen. Great cubby house and slide in the backyard for kids.
Beautiful house with lovely amenities. Clean, very spacious. Small touches making it even better: log fire heating going when we arrived, pantry filled with staples eg, salt pepper, spices, sugar etc. fully equipped kitchen.
The real estate agent were so easy to deal with. We had to call the emergency mobile number on a Sunday due to our key breaking and they got straight back to us and replaced the key that day.
We will definitely stay again.
