Great accommodations in a very nice area.

Great place in a nice neighborhood. It was very conviently located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped. We were down to visit 2 friends and this was a great place to make a nice meal and enjoy the visit with them. David was always prompt with communications and we really appreciated that. It was a great stay.

We stayed to do the Spartan race in conyers.

The property was clean and spacious! It was cozy and warm. The only thing was the hot warm ran out but it was okay, we managed.

Special Engagement

The check in and out procedure was the easiest I have ever experienced. The home is very clean and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood appears safe and in close proximity of businesses and eateries. I certainly enjoyed my stay and would choose this home again. Hats off to the owner and his thoughtfulness.

Homecoming!!

It was a nice clean house. All the bedrooms are upstairs big beds. Accommodations were good make you feel like home away from home. I didn't like that the patio door has no covering for privacy. We Went & bought a decorative sheet to cover back patio.

Wow. Home Away From Home

This is truly a home away from home. Just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home. David was a wonderful host. I had a question a few weeks before our vacation and David called me right away. I had a few questions a few days before our arrival and David answered that all right a away . I would definitely recommend this home to anyone that was looking for a nice comfortable place to stay on there vacation. Neighborhood was great Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles I will definitely stay here again

Feels Like Home

As one always has apprehension using such a platform to determine if the photos presented actually represent what you will be getting; well in this case the experience far exceeds the photos in a positive light. We had a very comfortable time during the holidays and was surprised that a Christmas tree was up, which truly delighted my wife. We will use this place again when in Lithonia and would highly recommend that the reader do the same.

Friends weekend

The house is large and the beds were comfortable. We were having with a friend who had some extra days in the states so we wanted to have a place where we could relax, talk, and cook meals together. The house was fairly clean and when something was wrong David was very responsive. He came right over and got us a new coffee pot, air fresheners, and a new propane tank for the fire pit. While the house is dated it was comfortable. It’s not far from Stone Mountain and it’s easy to get on the interstate There is also a gas station within walking distance should you need anything. We went for walks and runs every morning!

Pleasant, well maintained

The stay was very pleasant. Everything plus more was available to my family for us to enjoy our stay while there on business. David’s property is conveniently located in a area for a quick grocery run, late night crave, or last minute tank refill. The neighbors we quiet and the neighborhood overall makes you feel comfortable to take a late or early morning run around the block. The rooms were very spacious, and if my kids didn’t think they had a indoor pool, then I would have enjoyed a nice bath in the overly large tub of the master bedroom en suite. I would not mind reserving another stay at David’s property for my upcoming future needs.

Such a Beautiful Home

I stayed for 5 nights. David was such a great host. He allowed me to check in early due to my flight arriving in Atlanta early. He was reliable and prompt whenever i called him if something was needed. The pictures on the site doesnt do this property any justice. Its nothing like the pictures, but sooo much better. The home felt so comfortable and it felt so homey. The garden tub thats in the master suite was everything. The kitchen was also fully stocked. The home was stocked with everything that was needed for you to be comfortable. I would definitely stay again when i visit Atlanta. Thanks again David!

Potential to be great, but wasn’t

The home was as listed and has the potential to be great. It was clean on the surface but can definitely use a deep cleaning. The pros: spacious, great sleeping areas and bathroom in master, close to store, host was accommodating and replied quickly. The cons: House needs an exterminator. We had too many bugs. There were countless spiders and webs, we killed 3 cockroaches, several large ants, and various other bugs. If I had extra money I would have gone to a hotel and stated that to the host about 5 hours after check in. Thankfully the upstairs area was big free. I would not stay again. I would like to add that David did allow us to check in a few hours early and did come spray for pests which effectively brought out more bugs. (In my opinion)

If ONLY I Were Taller

This property was more than I expected. Cozy, airy, breathable, clean, modern. The extras were a big plus, even though I didn’t use ALL of them - Exercise equipment and Mat! - it was great to know they were there. All of the appliances I used worked and were well-maintained. Dishes, pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, supplies, were available. I would highly recommend this Home for persons looking for space and bed size to accommodate your height. The bed in the Master Bedroom was GINORMOUS! 🤗 I don’t think a 7’2” person would have issues sleeping in that bed! The Garden Tub was very therapeutic! Everything I needed to make the stay feel like I was at home was available for me. My contact person, Mr. David, was prompt in responding to any questions I had and was VERY helpful. The Family members were impressed, as well. A peaceful neighborhood. Easy to get to. I highly recommend this property. It was worth every penny. I would recommend saving up, first, as the food and gas prices are what they are and you will want to have enough coins to pay for the stay and meet the costs of the unpredictable economy. Enjoy your future stay, everyone! I will be praying it will be available for me the next time I visit! Peace and blessings!
