O imóvel é exatamente como descreve no site. Sr Mário foi super atencioso, prestativo, nos deu algumas dicas sobre os passeios, pontual para entrega da chave. O local é ótimo, ambiente familiar, 2 quadras da praia, fácil acesso à orla.

Casa pequena porém aconchegante. Codomínio tranquilo e boa vizinhança. Proprietários atenciosos. Boa localização, próximo ao Centro da Cidade e Praias. Pretendemos retornar. Recomendo.
