One of the last original beach cottages in the area situated at the northern end of Mollymook Beach with stunning ocean views from every room and an easy walk down stairs to the beach, sand and surf. This cottage is the perfect spot to completely relax, rejuvenate, soothe your soul and enjoy the beautiful surroundings wile being within close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and more.

Sit back and relax on the back deck overlooking the sea enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or simply reading a great book. Watch the ever changing weather, the lighthouse, fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy a sea breeze while you sleep.

The house is located on a private road within easy walking distance to all of Mollymook. Simply 500 metres walk down the hill and you will find the supermarket, gourmet deli, bottle shop, bakery, take away cafe, chemist, Bannisters Pavillion Rooftop Bar, Gwylo cafe & Mint Pizzas. Walk 300 metres in the opposite direction to Rick Steins seafood restaurant, Bannisters cocktail bar by the pool or the picturesque Bannister Headland.

Walk or cycle along a footpath to the other end of the beach to several cafes, a fantastic fenced childrens' playground, basketball courts, patrolled surf beach, Mollymook Golf Club and Mollymook Surf Club.

The house is on one level with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and ensuite. The second bedroom has a single bed and two bunk beds (top and bottom) with another bathroom and separate toilet. There is a combined dining and living area, a small kitchen with upright fridge and freezer, stove/oven, microwave and sink. A sunroom opening onto a large back deck with an outdoor table setting. An outdoor shower to wash the sand off after the beach.

Outdoor activities are endless from swimming, snorkelling, surfing, walking, golf, fishing, cycling, exploring or simply chilling out and relaxing. There is a TV and DVD player, some board games, jigsaw puzzles, DVDs and books also. There is a ping pong table set up in the garage too.

Please note that all bed linen is provided and this includes bed sheets, pillows, doonas, one bath towel per person, bath mats and tea towels also. So, you only need to remember to bring your favourite beach towel, hat and sun screen, of course.

If you need any additional linen hire company such as baby cot hire, etc, there is a great local linen hire company that can drop off before your arrival and pick up after you leave.

If you're looking to explore the South Coast, this is a great spot to base yourself. Within easy 2-3 hour drive from Sydney, Canberra and beyond.
