Ocean Plaza 1577 has been beautifully renovated and offers luxurious living in one of Coolangatta's most popular resorts. The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms, master with walk through wardrobe and ensuite and second bedroom with 2 single beds + trundles that pullout to make queen/ king beds. The main bathroom offers large walk in shower, small bathtub and laundry facilities.

The modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine offers views over the hinterland and you will enjoy the stunning ocean views from the lounge/ living area and master bedroom. The décor is coastal chic with breezy white plantation shutters installed and lovely soft furnishings and touches, creating a stylish, beachside holiday vibe.

You don't have to leave the resort to have fun because the resort offers the following facilities:

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive to the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Amazing property in the heart of Coolangatta

We have stayed at Ocean Plaza a number of times now, and this apartment was by far our favourite. Level 15, with amazing views and completely renovated. We had an amazing time during our stay and hope to be back again soon x

The couch was disgusting even though apparently it had been cleaned. The cooking frypan and cook top were useless, the fans were not working and the aircon inadequate, We had to take or on linen never again

Fantastic Location in lovely apartment

Great stay right across from the beach with everything we needed right underneath. Used the tennis courts and pool and walked everywhere.

Fantastic location! Close to everything and so convenient! Shopping, restaurants at your door step. The view is amazing, sit back and watch the surf roll in! Lovely living space and very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

Our family with three teenage kids loved this apartment for the 2 weeks we stayed. It was bright, airy, well furnished and roomy. The apartment is fitted out with everything you need for a family. The location is great with plenty of quality restaurants close by and a Woolworths under the building for picking up groceries easily. To swim, it is only a short walk across the road to either Coolangatta or Greenmount patrolled beaches and the pool in the complex was great as well. There is also a cinema and Timezone downstairs for extra entertainment. Highly recommend a stay here

Fantastic service - Holli from gold coast holiday homes was wonderful to deal with - efficient and considerate whilst answering and trying to accomodate all my queries - the apartment 1577 Ocean Plaza was exactly as described but the location and view has to be seen to be believed amazing - what a treat waking up to whales just outside your window. We will definitely book again.

Amazing apartment - modern styled, clean, spacious. It was even better than the pictures. The ocean view was amazing and going to bed with sound of waves was therapeutic. Location was convenient with Woolworths right below. Underground parking was easy. Many f&b outlets downstairs and a 7-eleven within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, wine glasses, etc. Good enough for our company of 5. Toilets had good water pressure and the water heater was reliable. The bath tub was a relief for sore bodies after all the walking. Washer and dryer was really useful. Free wifi (limited quota but enough for social media updates and trip research) and tv has lots of channels. We will definitely recommend this place!

Great stay!

My partner and I wanted somewhere quiet but central to Coolangatta, with views of the ocean, for a 5-day getaway from Sydney. Lovely fresh feeling to this place - looks like it's recently been renovated with new shutters, fresh paint and clean tidy modern furniture. Plenty of room for another couple or kids so if we come up next we'll be inviting the family! Our favourite places to eat nearby were Bellakai (beautiful fresh seafood, a bit pricier to eat here), and there are plenty of other dine-in or takeaway choices that surround the building and along the beachfront and main street. DO NOT MISS Cafe D'bar for a delicious array of breakfast treats (reasonably priced) smoothies and coffees with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and snapper rocks. Loved it! We'll definitely be back

Wonderful location

The ocean plaza resort is wonderfully located in the heart of Coolongatta , the pool is fantastic ,the apartment has incredible views from every window and is reasonably well appointed but a little tired looking in places , eg. curtains , cane furniture, plumbing fixtures , also the units entrance is located down the hall next to the garbage room witch was a little on the nose , over all the buildings location , views and facilities were excellent but I would proberbly be looking at another room in the building on my next stay , regards
