Part of Tavola’s magic is its setting—remote enough to feel untouched, yet easy to reach. We're 10 minutes drive from Savusavu Airport, between the quaint town of Savusavu and the world-renowned Cousteau Resort. The property fronts the sea with beach access and continues up the hillside offering spectacular views and stunning jungle gardens of frangipani, hibiscus and red ginger.

ENCHANTING LIVING AREAS, CUSTOMISED FOR YOU
Intimate, expansive and private, the villa compound is the perfect place to make memories with special people. The villa is comprised of seven separate buildings on two levels.

The gathering area has an open-air lounge with library, and entertainment deck with sparkling infinity pool, and chef’s kitchen. There are two beautiful dining areas, one indoor and one outdoor, each with expansive views of the bay and the lush green mountains beyond. The open-concept kitchen is chef-ready and designed for flexibility—whether you choose to enjoy private chef–prepared meals, catered lunches, or casually prepare something yourself. As a licensed hotel, we’re also pleased to custom-stock your bar from our curated cellar.

The spacious Hibiscus Suite with king bed opens to an ocean-view deck and a private tropical garden. It offers kimonos, shower amenities, ample closets, dual sinks set on a raintree slab, an indoor rainbath shower and separate toilet, and an outdoor garden shower under the stars.

The Bamboo and Gardenia Bungalows are nestled in towering stands of bamboo, and connected to the gathering area by a 30 meter pathway. Each bungalow has a bedroom with queen bed, a private lounge, bath, and sea-view verandah. The bath has a rainbath shower and enclosed water closet. And the private lounge is ideal for creative pursuits, quiet moments or additional sleeping flexibility — with either two single beds or a king bed, enabling each bungalow to comfortably sleep 4. In addition, we have infant cots available.

8 ACRE PROPERTY + VILLA ACTIVITIES
Many guests choose to simply wander, swim, and relax. Explore the organic garden and edible landscape. Harvest fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables. Frolic on our playing field with volleyball, bocce ball, croquet, footy and the like.

At the top of the property is the helipad, which doubles as the perfect setting for sundowners with its breathtaking view of Savusavu Bay. You'll feel on top of the world here.

For movement and restoration, yoga gear and free weights are available, and our native hardwood decks overlooking the bay provide an inspiring setting for practice. By the sea, explore nearby vibrant reefs with kayaks included for use during your stay.

Complimentary wifi is available for light connection and essential needs. Tavola is a place to unwind, disconnect from screens, and reconnect with each other and the natural world, settling into the slower, more spacious rhythm of island life. Should you need stronger connectivity for a deadline, mobile pocket wifi can be arranged.

DETAILS
The villa is strictly non smoking. We welcome children and have 2 infant cots and 1 high chair available. The villa is naturally cooled by tropical breezes and overhead fans; please note that it does not have air conditioning.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Maximum group size is 10.
