Fantastic Location - Walking distance to Beach!

This is a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom with full kitchen and a living room located on the 2nd floor. Location is perfectly located in walking distance to the beach, multiple bars and restaurants.

8/22/18 through 4/30/19 - I have applied a discount to these dates to reflect the construction that is taking place to the building structure. The interior unit will not be affected but there will be extremely loud construction on the weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm, there should be no weekend construction. The unit would be best for someone that spends day at beach or out and about during this time.

This unit has its own Xfinity internet and does not utilize the building wifi. Netflix and Amazon Prime are both available on the tv s in the living room and bedroom.

The living room has a leather pull out sleeper sofa with coffee and end tables. One of the end tables has USB charging ports. There also is a 50" Smart TV with cable tv and a Blu Ray player in the living room.

The bedroom has USB charging stations on both nightstands and a 50" Smart Tv with a Blu Ray player.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (dishes, pots, pans, utensils, K Cup machine, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster and microwave).

Beach towels, Kids Beach Toys, Bath towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Cooler, Linens are all provided.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT is available at a rate of $15/hour since we may have same day reservations scheduled and will incur expedited cleaning services.
