The room was clean and cozy. Take about 20 steps and you are on the sand and heading to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella were available for use. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and bath towels were soft.

Location is amazing!!!!

The beach view/access and the pool are great. Location to the pier, restaurants and shopping are also great! The room is clean enough and big enough if your not picky! We loved it!

Nice place on the beach!

Comfortable Murphy Bed, fully equipped kitchen, lots of natural light. We loved being able to walk to pier and restaurants, plus many small parks along the Intercoastal Waterway. Would stay here again!

Great location to the Beach

We enjoyed being so close to the beach. Nice plus was having the beach chairs and umbrella supplied. Terri was very helpful trying to help us find another local place when we could not extend with her.

The manager kept us informed with excellent updates. We gave this an overall four star rating just because of the inconvenience of having a murphy bed (although it made good sense with the studio apartment). The beach location was wonderful with huge buildings on either side of the condo and I was grateful to be able to stay in a vintage four-story building.

Last minute get a way!

Communication with the owner was wonderful, of the few questions I asked she was very prompt in returning my text! The cleanliness was superb and the beach access was right out the door, so convenient! We had a lovely time during our stay!

Perfect location!!

The listing is very accurate and you get exactly what you see in the pictures. Right on the beach and free parking spot is great! Our favorite restaurant Beach House is less than a mile down the road at the pier. We will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This condo was an amazing place to stay for a perfect weekend getaway! The space was clean and everything was in perfect working condition. So easy to access the beach from the unit. Having chairs available to take to the beach made it even better. Can’t wait to stay again!

The only concern we had was that the water. In shower did not not get warm enough. It was comfortable although would have liked at least a baking sheet for the oven. The property owner was very responsive. Very well situated close to restaurants and stores

Quick stay

Very clean. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 people. Access to beach and pool is wonderful. The only downside is the property is located between two huge hotels. However, I will say it was quiet and I felt safe.
