BEACHFRONT!! WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current!
ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO offers a more private, atmosphere at our 4 story complex right on the beautiful pompano beach. This unit does not have a full on view to the ocean, though we are right on the beach. If you look at the picture of the complex, this unit is located on the third floor far left end of the building. However, if you go down the elevator, you were only 10 steps to the pool that stepped down to our private beach area.

WE ARE SORRY BUT THIS COMPLEX DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS

This is a 400 Sq. ft. Open Floor Plan Studio Condo and is just perfect for 2, but can sleep 4. Located on the 3rd floor & yes we have an elevator! It has everything you need for the perfect stay at the beach! There is a little cove area right outside your door, in front of the laundry room, which guests like to use as a little sitting area. We have 2 high back chairs there for you to sit and look out at the ocean.
A queen size bed in the bedroom part area & a full size futon/sofa bed in the living room part area with all linens provided.
There is a 42' flat screen located in the living room & a 32" flat screen in the bedroom. We also have free wifi.
The unit has a full kitchen with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and many cooking utensils. We supply beach towels, hair dryer & iron/board.
Our pool is heated, and has a nice patio with nice loungers, chairs, & tables for your comfort. Our pool steps down to our private beach area with 2 grills, additional tables, chairs and loungers.

Your Free parking space is located right in front of the building close by the elevator. There are laundry rooms located on the 2nd & 3rd floors.

We have many regular guests who continue to come back over the last 15 years, that absolutely love it here! This complex is located off A1A between Atlantic Ave and the 14th st. causeway, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! approx 1/2 mile south of the lighthouse.
There is a lot of construction going on in the Pompano area & next to us. If you think this would be bothersome to you, maybe reconsider Pompano Beach.

** We strive to make every one of our guests as comfortable as possible & to enjoy their stay. We DO NOT allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool & private beach area. These areas are for guests staying only. All units are non smoking. We also have limited parking. Each condo has 1 free parking space in front of building. We do not have additional parking available for visitors. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this condo.

All Cushions in the living room were horrible. We had to put a blankets under two cushions just to be able to watch television. Remote in the bedroom did not work so we could not watch TV in bed for two weeks. There were not any cleaning supplies or even a broom to keep it clean.

Excellent Stay!

The condo was clean and provided all we needed for our stay in Pompano Beach. The location was beautiful, even though we had rain the entire visit. The pool was heated and looked inviting, but again, the weather didn't cooperate. Overall, we plan to book again on our next visit to see our family. Judy L

Very enjoyable relaxing vacation!

Highly recommend this lovely little condo on the beach! The most important factor to me is cleanliness, and it was spotless!!!! Well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner - very clear and easy check in and check out information. The only thing I would disagree with is that it would NOT comfortably house 4 people, it is perfect for two! We hope to stay again! Sam & Amy

Your place is very nice and clean. We do have a couple suggestions but it would never hender us from coming back. The ac in our room needs to be bigger, and keyless key pad entry would be amazing. Steve was very friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Very clean

The studio is well decorated and is even tho you can’t see the ocean from the unit there is a seating area right outside the door that does have a view. Right now there is construction going on next door which the owner had mentioned. If you are out and about during the day or spending the day on the beach then it’s not going to negatively affect your stay.

Nice quiet place

Enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Lovely beach, close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Only issue was elevator being out of order and we were on the 3rd floor... my husband has issues with feet/ankles...stairs are extremely difficult for him.. .would have been nice to been informed of this .

Loved the location

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Loved the location. Quiet spot on the beach but we could walk mile and half or so down to the action - pier, restaurants ice cream. Only thing is it may be time for the bed to be replaced?? Seemed like there was a crater in the middle. Otherwise we loved it!

Great Property on the Beach!

We had a great stay here. It's a small place but perfect for two people or a small family. The AC didn't keep the room that cool during the middle of the day, but it was fine at night. The fact that we could just walk downstairs and we were on the beach was awesome! You can't beat it and she has great rates!

Great little beach getaway!

This property was everything we expected. I loved that it was a little property instead of a high rise. It was exceptionally clean inside and out. Being right on the beach was great. So nice to be able to come and go from the beach. There is a public access next to the property with a shower, but it wasn't very crowded on the beach at all. The private beach area had another shower and hose that were even better for cleaning off the sand. There were several beach chairs available and we used them every day. The pool was clean and I only saw one family in it one time in the four days we were there. We enjoyed it several times. The condo is a small studio as expected and it was close quarters with three adults and scuba gear. However, there is a large closet which helps. There was everything you could need and it was all very nice, especially the shower. The alcove outside the door was very nice. We sat there to watch the beach occasionally. It was also a good space to dry scuba gear. There is a washer and dryer in a room there, but bring quarters, I didn't realize it would be pay and also the cleaning crew uses it in the morning. I strongly recommend this place and will stay there again if we return to the area.

Beach condo

We arrived at unit 12 and was just as described. Clean, provided towels, linens and kitchen necessities ( that we didn’t use during our short stay). The main light was out but with all the natural lights and lamps it wasn’t a bother. Steps away from the beach. Not crowded at all. About 3 buildings away from the Seaside Tiki bar. A Walgreens and the pier about a mile away. One night our door was unlocked. Not sure if we didn’t pull it hard enough but the lock is funny. Owner even let us leave our car in the spot to hang on the beach on check out day. They are building high rises near by but noise wasn’t a problem at all. Love that it’s only 3 floors with about 12 units.

Small but clean and responsive owner/maintenance

Location is great right on the beach. Was very clean as well which we appreciate. The hot water is a bit odd - in order to have hot water in the shower, you need to turn the hot water in the kitchen sink on. Had to contact the maintenance person to figure that out (they responded very quickly), but we did get it working, perhaps owner should include that in the welcome materials? It's a very small space, but was sufficient for my wife and I. We cooked breakfast for 2 every morning, but I can't imagine cooking much more than that in the very limited kitchen. We went out to eat every night, so that was fine for us, but I often do cook on vacation so we did modify what we normally do because of that. Overall it was a pleasant experience. If you're looking for very basic but clean accommodations for 1-2 people right on the beach, I would recommend this location.

I travel to Pompano Beach about every 2 months to make sure my units are well taken care of. I am very particular about the cleanliness & appearance of my units. It is most important to me that my condos are a place where I would be happy & comfortable to stay in. You will love it here! A quiet relaxing atmosphere on a smaller more quiet scale.

Why they chose this property

We love this area! It is quiet and close to about everything you could think of. The beach is huge and beautiful! We love the privacy of the building, unlike the large high rises. It's just an awesome place!

What makes this property unique

First of all it's right on the beach! Parking space right in front, steps from the elevator. The location is our most favorite thing!
