My wife and I had plenty of room since we were on the go most of the time. Great location on the beach. Less than a mile to the downtown area, very nice walk. The place was quiet during the day and at night. All the neighbors were friendly.

Great Location

We loved beach and pool. Unfortunately seagrass prevented enjoying the water requiring drive to another beach.

We had a great time this week! I was a bit worried at first that my husband and I and teenage son wouldn't have enough space but it worked out well (note the coffee table fits in the kitchen if you need to fold out the couch). There were a lot of nice places to sit around the property that had views of the beach. We particularly liked sitting and watching the ocean from the shaded 3rd floor landing. We also swam in the heated pool almost every day. The beach was quiet as well and there were great waves. The bed was relatively comfortable and shower pressure also decent. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a casual quiet beach stay with their small family or a couple.

Excellent Stay!

The condo was clean and provided all we needed for our stay in Pompano Beach. The location was beautiful, even though we had rain the entire visit. The pool was heated and looked inviting, but again, the weather didn't cooperate. Overall, we plan to book again on our next visit to see our family. Judy L

Great place

Your place is very nice and clean. We do have a couple suggestions but it would never hender us from coming back. The ac in our room needs to be bigger, and keyless key pad entry would be amazing. Steve was very friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Very enjoyable relaxing vacation!

Highly recommend this lovely little condo on the beach! The most important factor to me is cleanliness, and it was spotless!!!! Well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner - very clear and easy check in and check out information. The only thing I would disagree with is that it would NOT comfortably house 4 people, it is perfect for two! We hope to stay again! Sam & Amy

I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay.. Florida power and light were working on the electric outside of the complex which caused our building to lose power for several hours Unfortunately that was out of our control. And this is the first time in 13 we have ever had a guest saying that there were bugs in our units. Our units and the outside of the complex are sprayed monthly for insects.. I am sorry that you are upset because we did not reimburse you for the several hours one night that the electric was out in our building

All Cushions in the living room were horrible. We had to put a blankets under two cushions just to be able to watch television. Remote in the bedroom did not work so we could not watch TV in bed for two weeks. There were not any cleaning supplies or even a broom to keep it clean.

Very clean

The studio is well decorated and is even tho you can’t see the ocean from the unit there is a seating area right outside the door that does have a view. Right now there is construction going on next door which the owner had mentioned. If you are out and about during the day or spending the day on the beach then it’s not going to negatively affect your stay.

Emplacement en bordure de l'océan

Appartement très bien situé et endroit tranquille. Le confort du lit et du mobilier devrait être amélioré. Certains accessoires de base étaient manquant. Malgré ces lacunes, j'y retournerais.

Nice quiet place

Enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Lovely beach, close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Only issue was elevator being out of order and we were on the 3rd floor... my husband has issues with feet/ankles...stairs are extremely difficult for him.. .would have been nice to been informed of this .

Loved the location

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Loved the location. Quiet spot on the beach but we could walk mile and half or so down to the action - pier, restaurants ice cream. Only thing is it may be time for the bed to be replaced?? Seemed like there was a crater in the middle. Otherwise we loved it!
