Sunrise Pines is located on Otter Lake, one of the 28 lakes surrounded by beautiful views and the Northwoods atmosphere and just minutes from down town Eagle River , a place where unforgettable memories are made.

This beautiful lake home offers unique amenities such as a private covered wood dock, water trampoline, boat launch just down the street, fire pit, sand bottom for swimming by the pier. A large deck to enjoy the beautiful, peaceful sunrise. This home has 3 large family rooms with large televisions and games. Two log bunk rooms, wet bar and another family room in the lower walk out level and a 3rd family room open to the kitchen on the upper level. Three queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper level and 2 more queen bedrooms in the lower level just off the 4th bathroom and 2 bunk rooms just off the large game room. Open, full equipped kitchen overlooking the lake, 2 gas fireplaces in the upper and lower family rooms, 3 season room and a gas grill just off the deck. This home is decorated with a Northwoods décor for your family to enjoy.

Laundry room, fresh linens on all beds and bath towels for each guest for bathroom use only, please bring your own beach towels for swimming and boating.

This home is suited to entertain kids and adults with plenty of space to spread out enjoy and relax. A large dining table open to the kitchen and family room overlooking the lake and pines to gather around for memories with family and friends.

Sunrise Pines is located near several boat marinas and restaurant's on the water, the snowmobile trail system and just a few miles away from Nicolet National Forest and its over 650,000 acres of hiking and biking trails.

We had a fabulous time at Sunrise Pines! Plenty of room for our large family to spread out and everything was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kids (and adults) had a blast on the water trampoline and swimming area. The large yard was perfect for yard games and the bonfire pit was large enough with plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. We really appreciated our stay- thank you!

Great, accessible house on Eagle River chain

We have a few people in our family that need bedrooms on the first floor and this property allows for that, as well as allowing for our large extended family to all gather under one roof. Beautiful place.

AMAZING Place for Large Families

The property is absolutely beautiful and the owner goes out of their way to make you comfortable. With 5 queen beds and 10 other beds (5 bunks), everyone had space and we didn't feel on top of each other. I would not hesitate to book again if my family's calendars align.

We had a great week at Sunrise Pines. There was a place for everyone to sleep, well stocked kitchen, lots of puzzles and games when we weren't in the water. The swimming was safe for the kids and they really enjoyed the raft. We are coming back next year!

Amazing beautiful home overlooking Otter Lake. Clean, open spaces, spaces for working from home, games galore, spacious lot, full of everything you need to cook and entertain entire family. Extended Family Vacation

My family was very impressed by Sunrise Pines. We loved the location, being so close to downtown Eagle River. We also appreciated all of the amenities the house had to offer. The kiddos loved the water trampoline and kayaks for daytime and the fire pit right near the water for nighttime. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly think of and more not to mention there was a bed for everyone. We cannot thank Sheri enough for opening her house to our family and allowing us to make so many unforgettable memories.

Family vacation

This year for our annual family vacation we stayed at Sunrise Pines. We were a group of 16. The home is wonderful as is the property. We rented 2 pontoons and explored the chain of lakes. The house is even better than the great pictures. We have never stayed at a home with so many amenities and all were top line, from spices to coffee to cleaning supplies to s'mores, popcorn and Old Fashion drink kit. The beds were so nice, great mattress and lovely sheets. Nothing missed here and the owner is great to work with. Highly recommend this property and we hope to return in the near future.

Best Vacation Place for a Large Family

My very large family has been "camping" together for the last 35 years and found this gem for rent. Let me tell you that the photos are accurate, but really can't do the beauty and spaciousness of the place justice. We never felt crowded or on top of one another as there are so many places to sit, both inside and outside. The weather was hot so we all enjoyed time out on the dock and the kids especially loved jumping from the large raft just off shore. Our 3 year old grandson could be in the water too, just off shore, as it's shallow and very sandy. The kitchen was full of every amenity, tool, dishes, and cooking vessel one could ever need. We cooked in all but one of the days and there was plenty of room for all. Our hosts were extremely communicative and addressed all questions immediately. We highly recommend Sunrise Pines for any large family group heading to Eagle River.

Our family had a wonderful time at Sunrise Pines. There are so many positive things about this vacation rental, I don’t know where to start. After 12 years of family vacations in Eagle River, Sunrise Pines is by far the best house/resort we have stayed at. The home is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen has plenty of dinnerware, glasses, baking equipment, and small appliances and the walk-in pantry was a real bonus. The welcome gifts were unexpected and delightful. Great firepit with plenty of wood. The dock was large and perfect for relaxation. There’s no actual sand beach but plenty of grassy areas on the shoreline to sit. There are steps into the water, which is only ankle deep at the shoreline, perfect for the younger kids. The older kids LOVED the inflatable raft. There are no weeds, unlike other places on the chain, and the bottom is soft sand. We were visited frequently by deer and even had a morning visit from an Eagle on the boat dock. The owners are very responsive and kind. Just a beautiful place for a family vacation.

Wonderful Family vacation home

We have had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Pines several times over the last few years. It is in a very private location not too far outside Eagle River. We use the house for our once a year family lake vacation where the grandparents, kids, and grandkids all get together under one roof for a week of family fun. This house is nice because it has three bedrooms on the first floor, which we need because of some physical limitations in our family, and we love that it has plenty of beds for our family. If I had a magic wand, there are a few things I would change about the house/property such as having larger beds (king size) in the main floor bedrooms, having a second full-size refrigerator somewhere in the house (with a large family having just one full size fridge is a little limiting), having firmer mattresses (or maybe plywood under the existing mattresses) and adding another bathroom in the lower level of the house (with beds for 14 people in the lower level, only having one bathroom down there is pretty cramped). Overall the plusses of this house are substantial and we are VERY excited to be coming back again next year with our large family!

Great week at Sunrise pines

We had another wonderful week at Sunrise pines. We have a family of 17 people, ages 3-77. There is space for all. We make all our meals and find there is plenty of room in the well supplied kitchen. The lake provides a good swimming space with a much enjoyed trampoline to jump from. This is a great place for a big family to all be together.

Great Stay

Our large family has been coming to Eagle River and renting a place every summer for the past several years and this was our favorite. The house was big enough to spread out. Kids were on the water trampoline nearly the entire day.

Perfect Up North Vacation

The house and yard were beautiful! It fit our whole family wonderfully! Kitchen was well stocked with paper goods and coffees and creamers. Clean and well maintained with lots of room for games and great conversations. We especially loved the lower level family room where many games of Jenga and movies were enjoyed by all. This beautiful home is set on the end of the peninsula in the pine trees overlooking the lake with relaxing sunsets! This home is minutes from the Downtown Eagle River and grocery store, very convenient. Fantastic location in the center of all the lakes.

What makes this property unique

On the center of the chain, nice large yard for outdoor games and family fun near the shore and pier, a 15-foot bongo trampoline jumping raft and large bonfire area for evenings around the fire.

Large layout of the home to entertain many different age groups with 3 large family/great rooms. Set away in the woods, but yet very close to the Downtown Areas and Grocery Store. Pizza deliveries, Grocery Delivery from Trigs grocery store, and so much more!
