Great location but beds are way to hard to sleep on

Ocean views, pleasant street and walking distance to beach but bed were to hard to sleep on and we run out of hot water for a family of 5

Absolute disgrace

Forfeited many nights of a 2 week stay to go home , no tv , dirty kitchen, no parking on site and the bathroom door slammed shut and I was locked out for 2 days and the property managers raine and Horne Kiama were unprofessional and never returned my calls or emails I’m still waiting for my bond back 3 weeks post departure . Look else where .

The bathroom wasn't clean. No TV reception. BBQ was dirty. Cob webs throughout. No garbage bags for the bins. No designated car space with renters downstairs. And, hot water ran out early before we could bath our two children. Location was the only positive for this property.

Great unit for our long weekend away! Good value for money for the price - it was comfortable and in a great location. Excellent back deck to chill on and great views from the front balcony. Just note that it is a top floor unit so not the friendliest for a small child due to the internal stairs and high back deck. But overall very happy with our stay.

We did not think this unit was satisfactory considering the amount we paid.The kitchen amenities needed a update as the fridge was yellowing and utensils and appliances very very old . We found cobwebs in the kitchen.The BBQ was brought in from the outside and took up the whole lounge area , there was a very old used bar of soap still in the shower and a very disgusting old used sponge lying on the bath. Overall unhappy and couldn't wait to leave.
