A large, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom classic Queenslander, located in East Toowoomba

Brand new furnishings and linen will make your stay super comfortable. Easy entertaining with the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, extra long dining table and outdoor setting.

Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Five minute drive to Queen s park, Toowoomba Grammar School, CBD and St Vincent s Hospital.

This large family home will easily accommodate up to 7 people. Ideal for extended or large families, business travellers, relocations, move out renovations, wedding parties, pre baby waitings. Everything really!

There are two Queen Size beds, a set of singe beds and a trundle bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable.

There is an ensuite bathroom to one of the QS bedrooms and another separate bathroom with bath. The instant hot water system will ensure a fantastic shower.

There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board.

There is a TV with Netflix in the large lounge room with deep comfy couches to curl up on. There is an additional lounge space opposite the kitchen and dining room with a beautiful log fire.

Overhead fans in the Queen bedrooms and main living room with air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dinging room space all add to the level of comfort.

Outside the garden is landscaped, with a large paved patio, table and chairs and BBQ. Help yourself to our beautiful lemon tree for your G&Ts if the season is right.

The house is fully fenced with a remote control operated rear car port as well as driveway space for additional cars.

Street parking is also absolutely fine. Walk one block to Thai takeaway, Wendland s fine food and cafe, bottle shop, bakery and beauty salon. No need to drive!

We have a port a cot, baby bath and high chair at the house.

Our family met up in Toowoomba to share time together, meals around the generous dining table created wonderful moments to remember, the location was so convenient, off street parking for four vehicles was a bonus, the amenities were comfortable and clean, we would definitely book again.

Great Break in the Garden City

The premises were clean and tidy. The house has plenty of space and the yard is well looked after and provides privacy with the hedges. A fantastic location with only a short walk to shops and eating places.

Lovely place and well equipped

They provided breakfast essentials which meant that we could immediately relax and no need to go out. I would be happy to return to the home. They had a Xmas tree there so it was a nice touch for Xmas day.

We stayed at The Glen Iris property, not the Frangipini as listed here. The Glen Iris was perfect for what we needed. My family plus grandchildren all stayed and there were games and books for all age groups. Modern appliances in kitchen and laundry. Lovely gardens and grassed area for the kids to run around on.

Frangipani House was the perfect place for our family to stay while in Toowoomba for our daughter’s wedding. Well located near shops and restaurants the house was immaculately clean and well appointed. Everything had been thought of to make our stay comfortable, even fresh fruit and a great selection of tea and coffee. The fully equipped kitchen along with everything we needed in the fridge made breakfast preparation a breeze and the beautifully maintained garden was gorgeous. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great family place to stay while visiting Toowoomba.

Lovely Home

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed the indoors as well as the outdoor garden area. The location is great and the quality of the home interior fittings and tasteful. The front lattice door to the entrance is stiff to open. The taps as in the kitchen need to be turned on gently as the water pressure is quite strong. Communication with management was easy. Frangipani House was a good choice for our Toowoomba stay. Thank you Dianne Bond

Gorgeous house with every comfort

Delightful house in a lovely area of Toowoomba. Very nicely renovated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is of an older style but a very workable design. Lots of attention to detail and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Check-in process was easy and we found Megan to be very professional and friendly.

The best weekend!

My girlfriends and I had the BEST weekend at this gorgeous house in East Toowoomba! We really loved it. It was very comfortable, clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated throughout. We even arrived to find a bottle of wine and some delicious supplies in the fridge and pantry which was just perfect! We made a cheese platter and enjoyed a wine and settled in straight away! Absolutely loved this place and hope to return.
