This quiet suburban saltwater pool home is the perfect stay while visiting L.A. This Northridge almost 2800 sq ft home and centrally located within a close distance from CSUN campus and still close to major freeways. It is 20 minutes from the Studios, Santa Monica/Venice beach, and also close to Hollywood and the Warner center. This home has brand new appliances, brand new furniture, and a beautiful backyard. Pool/spa can be heated for an additional fee, please inquire with the host.



All events and parties are subject to approval and additional fees.
Please inquire with the host separately. A fine will apply for all unauthorized parties, events, and gatherings and security deposit will be forfeited.
All pets must be approved. Pet fee and deposit will apply.

There is extra charging for heating pool/spa.
No bonfires or fireworks are allowed.
No real wood is allowed to be used in the fireplace.
No trespassing to the neighbor's front yard or parking/driving on the loan. $250 fine for unauthorized late check-out.
No smoking in the property $100 fine a day will apply.
There will be $250 fee if the parked cars on the property have oil leak.
Up to $250 fine for leaving the house in unacceptable dirty condition and not following the check-out procedure.
No loud music or noise after 10pm.
$100 fine for not returning the keys.
Any late unauthorized check outs will be charged automatically for a whole day. Our check out is at 10 am.
