Best of both worlds: a private-entrance, 600-foot guest space with kitchen, streaming-ready TV, bathroom, queen bed, dining and living areas, and shaded back yard, AND access to all the house amenities, incl. washer/dryer, exercise equipment (electric bike), above-ground hot tub, extra deluxe freezer/fridge, and private parking. Central heat & air.
