Enjoy the home theater featuring new 1080 Progressive High Definition 56" TV with high definition cable service and private library of over 200 DVD's. Five oceanfront decks, community pool & tennis available. Tenant to pay Community Recreation Fee of $250.00 per week. NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Occupancy limit of 10 strictly enforced.
