The community features a swimming pool (available Memorial Day to Labor Day) plus play ground just steps from the house. Some amenities include central air conditioning, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 Large living area plus two dens, 5 TVs (1 HD70in Flat Screen), 5 DVDs, WiFi, deck, Gas Grill, outside hose, and boat dock. Short drive to the beaches of Fenwick Island (less than 1 mile!) as well as shops and restaurants. Community boat ramp available--boat trailer parking lot not for guest use. NO PETS / NO ELEVATOR
