Bethany Beach house

The new home with beautiful furnishings is located in Ocean View, just 2 miles to the Bethany Beach. Improved recently with a new decks and gas grill for outdoor activities. It has four bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms in 1st floor with two king and one queen-size beds. One bedroom is on the second floor with queen-size bed. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is extra space to accommodate two twins in an unclosed but private area in the second floor. All bedrooms have been elegantly furnished and well decorated. Each room has a different and beautiful tone of color. It can accommodate 10 people comfortably and 13 people with futon and sleeper unfolded.
3 full baths and outdoor shower.
Central air, front-load washer and dryer.
HDTV and free Wi-Fi for entertainment.
Brand new kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker. Kitchen island with stools for food preparation and casual breakfast and lunch. Gorgeous dining table with 6 seats for a more formal gatherings can easily seat 10 with comfortable folding chairs. 3 full sets of dishes, flatware and cups are provided.
Close to everything: grocery at Giant, minutes driving/bicycling to beach, tennis courts, golf clubs, fishing and crabbing in state parks nearby, a short drive to Tanger Outlets for shopping, 15 min drive up to Rehoboth Beach and down to Ocean City for fun.
Guests who are allergic to dogs are not encouraged to live in.
No linen packages are provided.

This lovely house is located in a quiet neighborhood and it was perfect as a home away from home for our family and friends of 6 adults, two teens and a toddler. Check-in and check-out was simple and easier than we expected. Every detail in the description of this home met our expectations and more including complimentary kitchen, bed/bathroom items to the backyard with its beautiful deck, and colorful garden. Our stay was minutes away from Bethany, Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches. This home is on my vacation “re-visit” list for all the right reasons.

The Best Family Getaway

We had the best time on this relaxing family getaway to Bethany. The house was beautiful, very spacious and open. Owner was so responsive leading up to the stay, we had no issues while there so no need to contact. Literally 5 minute drive from the beach and boardwalk. The perfect house, would definitely stay again.

Great house close to Bethany beach

Our family of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids between 8 and 18 years old) had a great time staying at Cherry's house! The house is very clean and spacious. The attic is definitely a hit with the kids. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and everything else. Overall a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s about 2.5 miles from the beach. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house. House was clean and provided everything we needed (toilet papers, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoos and conditioners, etc). Washer/dryer available for use. We did not try the grill. House also has beach items like umbrellas and beach chairs. Only downside was It was a bit inconvenient to have to bring our own towels, pillow cases, and bed sheets, but for sanitary we were ok with that.

Beautiful, huge house! Very clean and well-ordered. The only thing missing was cleaning items, like disinfectant spray and a dust pan to clean up.

Excellent Getaway

Our host for this stay was tremendous. Always available and very courteous. The property itself was excellent and had everything we needed. Upon check in everything was very clean and organized. The location is in a perfect spot. You have Bethany Beach just a few minutes away and Ocean City MD not too far either. This was the exact getaway we were looking for. We will most likely return in the future. Thank you.

Good location and short-stays allowed

The best thing about this house is the location and flexibility to rent for less than a week. The house is fairly new and spacious but the furnishings are not that nice--dated rugs, somewhat grimy couch, plastic cover on the dining room table. It was advertised as sleeping 10 people comfortably and up to 13 and the house had five small drinking glasses and six tiny mugs. Not a single wine glass or other type of glass in the house. We also had to bring our own sheets and towels which is a pain and not something most renters require. There is plenty of room in this house and if you don't mind those things, it may be fine for you, but it is not "elegantly furnished" compared to many other rentals I have visited. The coffee maker was difficult to use and the front key pad also did not work donsistently.

Property was overall very nice. Great neighborhood and only a 5-7 mins drive to beach, shops, and restaurants. Clean & well kept. Traveled with 6 adults and 2 children. Only complaint is that hot water tank couldn’t keep up with everyone showering around the same time. Outdoor shower for the kids was helpful when we came back from the beach & they loved it! Open concept house with high ceilings, noise travels easily. Host responded quickly to questions. Overall great stay in a great house! Close to Dewey Beach and Rehoboth beach too.

Beautiful Vacation Home

This is an excellent property to rent. It has an open concept that allowed us all to hang out together. There really is not ample parking for more than 2 vehicles. The property should have been deep cleaned prior to rental (ceiling fans, base boards, etc. - pics were sent to mgmt). Overall the house is beautiful, just as pictured and we had a ball!!

Great low-key getaway

Not on the beach, but so close. Minutes to really pleasant family beaches, boardwalk, and local activities. The house was beautiful, clean, well kept, and well appointed. Easy to go places and pleasant to come back to. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
