Overall, my stay had both positive and negative aspects.The first issue was at check-in. I had to find the host's contact information myself and text him several times before I could access the property. There was some confusion because he wasn't sure whether I had booked through VRBO or another platform. Once we cleared that up, he provided me with the lockbox code.Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly cleaned before my arrival. The bathroom shower still had hair and false eyelashes, and the bathroom floor had not been swept. When I opened the futon sofa bed for my son, I found candy wrappers and dirt in the creases, and the area around it had not been cleaned either. I immediately contacted the host, who apologized, and I sent him photos of the condition. The host handled the situation professionally, but the cleaning service clearly did not do an acceptable job.Another downside, which is not the host's fault, is the location of the bedroom. The bedroom window is right next to the neighboring apartment's back porch. One evening, people were talking outside, and even though they weren't being especially loud, I could hear their conversation clearly while trying to sleep. I texted the host, who contacted the neighbors, and thankfully they quieted down shortly afterward.Something else to be aware of is that the neighborhood has homes built very close together. The neighboring property has chickens and roosters, and the rooster began crowing very early each morn

If the sound of local wildlife bothers you then I would stay away.We didn’t mind at all. I loved the location and how clean it was. The host was very nice and we even stayed an extra night.

Make sure you have a car if staying here. No close restaurants or things to do. No close grocery either. We did question safety if walking at dusk/@night. The place itself is clean, comfortable, really cute. I loved hearing nature through the night and the morning roosters! Nice for a one night stay after a long day of travel.

Nice place, but EXTREMELY hard to find if your GPS does not have co-ordinates...mine didn't:-(. The owner was VERY HELPFUL!! He dropped everything that he was doing, came out, found me, and took me to the property. The place was nice, clean, and quiant.

Solid location to Uber and take off from a rental car from to other locations like Condado, San Juan, El Yunque, & Others. Otherwise it’s an okay location with quite a bit of noise. Away from the main roads so little to no car noises in the place. Not very walkable. Decent location if you rent a car and go with 1-3 people.

This place was cute! Close to everything, and pretty clean for the most part. I know its common in PR but there is no hot water. Be ready for cold showers while staying in this unit. Host wasn't the greatest at communicating, takes a while for them to respond.

I would like to say that this was an amazing stay ! The house was clean the neighbors were friendly and it was such a comfortable space and setting. There was a smoking are for smokers which was helpful especially on vacation. They provided pots , pans, and some seasoning and coffee. We did not use much of the stuff provided in the house because we were always out. Also wanted to add that if you’re a couple with two kids or less you could stay here very affordable and they have a very nice futon in the living room area !

One night in San Juan area

I would have appreciated if the host had answered the phone instead of texting. Our taxi driver was having a hard time with the address. When we got there we couldnt find th lock boxes. The space was immaculately clean and comfortable. Unfortunatley, neither of us could get wifi, and the tv was pixilating.

Greetings, certainly all the information you needed was provided to you so that you could arrive and check in without problems, you were sent a room pin which you simply turn on your GPS and it will give you a route to the front of the house if your taxi driver He doesn't understand or doesn't know how to use the GPS. I don't think it's the house's fault. As for the Wi-Fi, they had to never ask about the Wi-Fi. With a simple question we would have helped them but they never asked and then said there was no Wi-Fi. ,,, when some accommodation offers a service and when you arrive and notice that the service for some reason is not working, the right thing to do is to ask the host what is happening and not remain silent until your departure and then say that there was no such service in the accommodation , , if we have wifi in the house as well as all the information and photos to do your autonomous check-in without having to call or text with the host, that information is provided. For greater comfort for the guest, have a great night, greetings
