House well located, independent, large yard, very quiet street, near Geribá Beach and Ferradura Beach, 5 m to the center of car, (street of the Pedras) 02 suites with air conditioning split, 01 ground floor and 01 in the second floor, 01 toilet on the ground floor living room with cable tv sky, dining room with 8 chairs, large and complete kitchen .wi-fi cable tv sky, garage fits up to 2 cars. service area with washing machine A different table for New Year's Eve is carnival.
