Villa Felicity is in a great locale, offering stunning sea views, privacy around the pool with a large seating area surrounded by a lovely, extensive garden. The closest beach is only a 2-minute stroll! It is well within walking distance to the famous Coral Bay beach and the main strip of Coral Bay, full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bus stops, and other amenities - a car is not an essential requirement for this property. Although so close, the villa is completely private & tranquil, set at the quiet cul-de-sac street with private entrance and parking area.

This villa is a perfect exclusive retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.

The ground floor is open-plan, bright and spacious with a comfortable living area, fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and a twin bedroom with a shower room next door. The living and dining areas have patio doors, allowing easy access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area overlooking the bay at Potima. Off the terrace, steps lead down to the large private swimming pool accessed via a gate. The pool area has seating and sunbeds surrounded by gorgeous, vibrant gardens. A great space to relax and sunbathe!

On the upper floor, are two further spacious ensuite bedrooms.
A huge master bedroom sporting a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and an ensuite bath with overhead shower.
These two bedrooms share a large upper terrace (balcony), also great for sunbathing or relaxing, from which you can really appreciate the stunning panoramic sea and mountain views.

Construction work and noise spoilt our holiday

To be woken up at 7am by machinery and workers working next to the property not ideal, Would have liked to have been pre warned having booked for 4weeks

Brilliant at Villa Felicity

The stay at Villa Felicity was fantastic . The accommodation was comfortable, all bedrooms were en suite with air-condition, The kitchen was fully furnished. The swimming pool was very adequate, A cleaner came once every 4 days to clean the pool. A taxi office was located 5 mins walk and were very professional. local supermarket were located 10 mins walk from the villa. The main shopping road comprised of shops , resturants and local shop all these within a 10min walk from the villa. The vicinity around the villa was relatively quite and very nice neighbourhood . The villa owner was very good always responded to messages efficiently. A free shuttle bus from the main road provides a trip to the zoo in coral bay, it was a pleasure to stay at the villa

well worth the wait

could not have picked a better villa for our five week stay , every thing we needed was provided , Elena could not have been more helpful with lots of places to see and visit , pool cleaned few times a week , Thank you Elena for a lovely stay hope to see you again next year

lovely spot and spacious villa

The villa was in a great spot with a sea view and only a short walk to bars restaurants and supermarkets. Generally clean spacious and well equipped. Some things looked a bit tired -the railings outside and the shower unit and some of the sunbeds had seen better days. But minor quibbles. Had a lovely stay.

Fantastic villa in a great location

Enjoyed a week at this fantastic villa in August. This is a truly exceptional property equipped to a very high standard. Best of all was a very large pool which the kids lived. Location was perfect with an easy walk to all the bars an restaurants on the strip. Elena was a great host, always available to answer any questions and made some excellent recommendations. This is the best villa we have stayed in the area and can’t wait to come back!
