Moogerah Lake House #3 - Firepit, Arcade & Cubby
This house has been designed to provide guests with a truly unique experience. It offers the perfect blend of fun, entertainment, and relaxation, all set against a backdrop of unforgettable views. With more features than a luxury resort, there's something to keep the whole family entertained. The only challenge you'll face is never wanting to leave. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquillity and stunning views overlooking Lake Moogerah. Located just over an hour's drive from Brisbane and 1.5 hours from the Gold Coast, it's the perfect getaway.
We are pleased to announce our new fee structure. When you book with us, you'll have access to all areas of the property, including both the Main House and the Clubhouse. This ensures that you and your guests have a comprehensive and enjoyable experience. If you prefer to exclude access to the Clubhouse from your booking, please let us know at the time of reservation, and we will adjust the pricing accordingly.
As you arrive at the house you will immediately feel the calm of this beautiful location, enjoying the quiet that nature has to offer.
This beautifully finished house has been specifically designed with outdoor gatherings and entertaining in mind.
Before entering the home, you will see the front entertaining area with a generous amount of seating, firepit, and plenty of outdoor dining both on the synthetic grass and huge front deck.
Once inside you will walk through the open-plan living and indoor dining area and enjoy the fully appointed modern kitchen and huge bifold doors to make the most of your indoor-outdoor experience at mealtimes.
With a 60" TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi all included, you can watch all your favourites in peace if you have time after experiencing everything else this property has to offer.
Including all the comforts you would desire such as reverse cycle air-conditioning, coffee maker and appliances, dishwasher, icemaker and cold-water features in the fridge, a 9kg washer and 6kg dryer.
There's something for everyone in the family to enjoy! The youngest guests will love the outdoor playground and sandpit, while the big kids and adults can relax and have fun in our fully air-conditioned clubhouse. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped poker table, arcade games, a full-size air hockey and pool table, and a massive 65" TV. If you prefer not to include the clubhouse as part of your booking, please let us know, and we can adjust the pricing accordingly.
At night enjoy the stars that can’t be seen in the city while relaxing around the firepit, toasting marshmallows and telling stories, with seating for the whole family!
This house is incredibly versatile and wheelchair friendly.
The main house features four generously sized bedrooms available to sleep up to 11 people (and a child on a fold away)
Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen bed and a double bunk (double bottom, single up top)
Bedroom 4 (Studio Room) - 1 x King Bed
And 1 porta cot for use in any room of the house.
Clubhouse (Included) - Enjoy exclusive access to our Clubhouse, complete with arcade and table games. Additionally, take advantage of three futons and sleeping bags provided for those all-night gaming sessions. Experience fun and comfort throughout your stay!
If you come to enjoy water sports on the lake, you can also reverse your wake ski boat up the driveway and it will fit under the 3.8m high x 9m wide carport.
There is an original/V1 Tesla charging plug on site, if you have a newer Tesla you will need an adapter.
You have access to the whole property; you will not share with any other guests.
The rates shown on this listing are for the full house including the studio, which sleeps up to 11 guests and also exclusive access to the Clubhouse. If you prefer to exclude access to the Clubhouse from your booking, please let us know at the time of reservation, and we will adjust the pricing accordingly.
Other things to note
This property is equipped with two external security cameras overlooking the driveway and general outdoor areas for general safety and property protection and one internal camera in the Club House that monitors the assets within the clubhouse, you can view the clubhouse camera feed on the TV for peace of mind. Please be aware that Cameras are not actively monitored during your stay, and footage is only reviewed in the event of an incident. You will find the external cameras on the Northeast and Northwest Corners of the Outdoor Patio/ Clubhouse.
The external cameras can only be moved remotely,and the cameras will move and/or reset position due to automated movement detection (i.e. If something like a bird flies by, the camera may revert to its original position), so please do not try to access or unplug any equipment. If you are found to have tampered with internet or security equipment/cords a fee will be charged for a technician to come out and fix the devices, remember we are regional so travel and call out fees will apply. Please just do us all a favour and please just don’t touch any of this equipment
Moogerah Lake House #3 is a part of a collection of 6 holiday houses privately owned by the Moogerah Lake House Group. Perfect for larger group bookings, or for small functions.
Lake Moogerah has peaceful blue waters and is an ideal destination for swimming, camping, boating, water sports and reconnecting with nature.
A popular location for boating enthusiast to go water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing and kayaking, but please note you will need a permit to fish which you can get from the caravan park where your access to the lake is found.
The local area offers beautiful parklands and national parks to explore, with Mt Edward close by for hiking enthusiasts.
Take a walk across the dam wall; at 219m long and 38m high it’s ideal for sighting turtles and other wildlife.
There is a local cafe and general store close for any supplies you may need.
Moogerah Lake Houses are situated in a very relaxed, carefree community. However we do have neighbours in close proximity, so we ask that you to consider your noise levels on weekdays beyond 10pm. Friday nights and weekends by around midnight please adjust your noise levels to suit the peaceful environment you’re in.
Moogerah Lake Houses are in close proximity to bush-land, the lake and national park, so wildlife of all kinds, big and small are very common.
