With views overlooking Lake Moogerah, nestled in the Scenic Rim, just over an hour’s drive from Brisbane or 1.5 hours from the Gold Coast.
Recently renovated, this home boasts modern features throughout including a brand new solar heated pool, 8 person heated spa, sunken firepit.
Equipped to accommodate larger groups and families of up to 9, Lakehouse #2 has everything you require for a unforgettable getaway.

Pulling into the driveway at Lakehouse #2 you will immediately fall in love with the privacy, open spaces and spectacular views.

Upon opening the front door for the first time, you will walk into the large open plan living and dining room that flows through to the kitchen and outdoor area. The huge windows provide and open airy feel, allowing beautiful natural light and stunning views of the scenery.

House features a modern kitchen with options for indoor or outdoor dining, and large lounge room with a 60" TV, DVD player, and Spacex Wifi so the kids won't freak out about going on holidays without a connection to the world!

Including all your familiar comforts of home such as air-conditioning, ceiling fans, coffee maker and quality appliances - dishwasher, a fridge with icemaker and cold water features, 5kg washer and 4kg dryer.

Three generously sized bedrooms await you when it’s time to rest and recharge, that can sleep up to 9 people (and a child on the fold away)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, and bunk (Double bottom and single up top)
Plus a porta cot for any room.

Step outside and you will find the star of the show is the entertainment area featuring a huge undercover area with a ten-place dining setting, an outdoor lounge area and BBQ. Beyond that out on the deck, jump into the solar heated pool (22-27 deg, temp may vary pending on weather) or slide into the heated spa (up to 38 deg) where you can cool off or warm up depending on the time of year and take in the blissful sights and sounds of nature. *Temperatures will vary based on the season & weather.

At night soak under the stars next to the sunken firepit with another BBQ and seating for 15 people is a highly recommended part of your stay.
Plenty of open space for the kids to explore with a cubby house (NB: This is currently not at the property), and all nature has to offer.

Lake Moogerah has peaceful blue waters and is an ideal destination for swimming, camping, boating, water sports and reconnecting with nature.
A popular location for boating enthusiast to go water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing and kayaking, but please note you will need a permit to fish which you can get from the caravan park where your access to the lake is found.
The local area offers beautiful parklands and national parks to explore, with Mt Edward close by for hiking enthusiasts.
Take a walk across the dam wall; at 219m long and 38m high it’s ideal for sighting turtles and other wildlife.
There is a local cafe and general store close for any supplies you may need.
Moogerah Lake Houses are situated in a very relaxed, carefree neighbourhood. However we do have neighbours in close proximity, so we ask that you to consider your noise levels on weekdays beyond 10pm. Friday nights and weekends by around midnight please adjust your noise levels to suit the peaceful environment you’re in.
Moogerah Lake Houses are in close proximity to bushland, the lake and national park, so wildlife of all kinds, big and small are very common.
