The space

Welcome to our home. This apartment is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each), Living room w/pull out sofa, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Family friendly area with a newly renovated park facing the backyard for some fun (basketball court and baseball field included). In terms of location, the property is about 10-15 minutes from Boston and about 10 mins or less from the Airport (depending on traffic). Extremely easy to navigate around, close to buses and trains. Walking distance to shopping centers (grocery stores, restaurants and fast food places). Minutes from Assembly Row where you can also enjoy shopping, a movie, or the nightlife.

You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living, dining room, and deck.

Interaction with guests

Owners lives upstairs and will interact with guest upon arrival or whenever is needed. We love traveling and meeting people all over the world. We will be at your service to assist if need be.

Other things to note

We are streamers, so you get to watch any movie or TV show that you enjoy on a FireStick. Not to mention a fast Wifi signal.

We had a very comfortable stay at the 1st floor of the house. The location is pretty easy for taking transit into both Boston and Salem, which we took advantage of. Bus stops right in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and it was a quick walk to a coffee shop and plenty of other places. Charles was a great host and the place had everything we needed for 4 nights.

Perfect place to rest in between exploring Boston.

The residence was perfect for our girls trip, we were close to the train station to get us out to Salem as well as to get us into North station to get to Boston. Very clean and accommodating.

The room was stylish and very clean.The host was always polite and quick to respond to any questions, which made my stay very comfortable.There were plenty of seasonings and cooking utensils, so it was easy to cook.It would have been even better if there had been a washing machine, but there was a laundromat about a 5-minute walk away.I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect spot for a quick jump into Boston by bus! The house was just what we needed after two long days walking around Boston. That was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I’ve ever slept in!

Perfect get away spot

We stayed here for the weekend and went to Salem during the day. Host was very attentive with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy! Great location for day trips

My octogenarian Mom and I stayed here and took day trips to Newport, RI, Concord and Cambridge, and Salem. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Some staples are available but not others (pepper). Great price point.

A beautiful apartment in an interesting city

A lovely clean spacious apartment with good air conditioning in all the main rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The property is well located being a 15 minute Uber journey to downtown Boston or 50 minutes on the T. Communication with the host was generally good although they didn’t answer our questions about storage of luggage so we had to do our own research and make our own arrangements.
