Wisconsin Northwoods Suite Retreat by Big Saint Germain Lake
Beautiful setting on 1.5 acres in Saint Germain, 1 mile to boat launch on Big Saint Germain Lake with over 1600 acres of watersports and fishing. Located on the ATV trails, close to hiking and biking trails. Just a few miles to Saint Germain and 15 minutes from Eagle River, Minocqua and Woodruff.
The unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with private entrance in the walk-out lower level of our home. Kitchenette includes microwave, convection toaster oven sink and mini-fridge, spacious bath with shower and living room with full size futon bed.
Outside a small patio with furniture, patio dining table, gas grill, fire pit and horseshoe pit. Large driveway with adequate parking for boat, trailer, etc.
Private parking for cars, boats and toys.

We fell in love with this property because of the private location, lake access and proximity to "civilization". The potential to share this with others via a rental unit in the lower level was the deal breaker. We don't mind sharing!
