About this property

Stunning newer custom home in coveted South Rehoboth residential neighborhood. Prime in-town location, an easy three block stroll to the beach and Boardwalk. Rehoboth’s restaurants, entertainment and shopping all within a five minute walk. A car is not required to enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer. Uber is less than five minutes away for quick hops around town.

This house was designed by a renowned coastal architect and built with the highest of finishes, including custom furniture and built-ins and an array of pleasant artwork throughout.

This is a very large home featuring north and south wings which offer many options for bedroom accommodations – perfect for extended family and friend gatherings where there is a need for space. An abundance of open spaces, multiple living rooms and sitting areas, decks and quiet spaces inside and out to enjoy a book or a cocktail.

The main floor features a light-filled open floor plan with soaring ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. Perfect for entertaining in a sophisticated and comfortable setting. The large kitchen is fully equipped with professional grade appliances. Additional counter seating. A well though-out kitchen design and functionality makes cooking and entertaining hassle-free and a breeze during your vacation. There are two wet-bars on the main level.

Large screened front porch with seating for a dinner party or family activities plus additional seating/lounging area.

Floor to ceiling glass walls look out to the large 12 x 20 pool. Adjacent to the pool there is a furnished outdoor seating area, a bonus half-bath, and an outdoor shower.

The home comfortably sleeps 17 with five master suites with full baths and two additional bedrooms. One master suite is on the first floor. Bedroom arrangement:
- Two master suites each with one king bed.
- Two bedrooms with two singles.
- Two bedrooms with queen beds
- One bunk room suite with bunk beds for four and a full bath.
- One sleep sofa.
There are six full baths plus a half bath on the first floor.

Full cable TV service in the living room and den, and in each bedroom.

The property is fenced for privacy. Hardwood floors in the main areas and carpeting in the bedrooms.

The home rents Friday-to-Friday by the week only. No pets, no smoking allowed on the property.

Excellent Summer Rental

We had a great stay at this very large and comfortable property. It has everything you need for a very relaxing Summer vacation week: Pool with outside living room Huge kitchen with plenty of large dining tables Multiple Large en suite bedrooms Attentive Property Manager Central location to Beach, Rehoboth & Dewey Dining & Entertainment We would highly recommend and look forward to renting again next year.

Awesome Home In An All American Idyllic Oceanfront Town

This property very much impressed us when we first reviewed it online but our entire family was completely taken aback when we stepped inside. What an architectural treasure as well as a bright, comfortable and roomy place for a larger group. The pool and outdoor area also added to a perfect stay. FYI, you must rent your linens. This wasn’t made clear before the reservation was made.

Great family stay

Great large house with pool for an extended family break including kids ages 4-9. Linens are required and we weren’t informed of linen rental possibility until less than a week before, so that was a hassle, but everything else was great.
