I have been involved with Methven for all my life (considerable number of years!!) and being the 3rd generation to live here I do know the area, its people and attractions very well. I have been involved with several business's conected to the Mt Hutt Ski Field, have had a Real Estate office in Methven, been active in voluntary organisations [Fire Brigade (50 Years), Lions (15 years)]

We built this house in 2009 and have maintained it since then. Its proximity to Town Centre and sunny aspect appeals to us
What makes this property unique
Very roomy family home, with good flow to outdoor entertaining area or yard for the children. Sunny and warm with a no hassel heat pump / air conditioner plus an electric heater in the hall way. Double glazed for comfort and quiet. Modern conveniences such as good sized TV, dish washer, inbuilt vaccuum system, clothes washing machine plus clothes line and internal drying rack. Very close (walking distance) to Town Centre.
