“Casa Pina”

Private poolside studio apartment in an established historic, palm tree lined neighborhood. This newly constructed, fully furnished apartment has been designed with attention to every detail in unique style. Reclaimed historic doors and windows from a local historic property have been used to bring typical architectural charm of Palm Beach circa 1920’s.
Casa Pina is only blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway, a few miles from the beach and walking distance to local restaurants and Antique Row shops. It is a convenient location for public transit- bus, trolly, Palm Tran & Brightline trains, PBIA, interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. Plus, our city has taken earnest efforts to create a pedestrian and cycle friendly community.
Casa Pina guests have access to the pool, spa, grill and gardens.There are two separate and private cottages; upstairs is Casa Piña and downstairs is casa piña carriage house. There is ample neighborhood street parking in front of the house. There are additional amenities available for use with additional fees, such as, golf cart (beach buggies)bicycles, paddle boards and kayak.

Casa Piña

Me and my girlfriend celebrated our 3 year anniversary here and it was amazing! The property is gorgeous and perfectly located in West Palm. Overall the accommodations were great and the satisfaction just couldn’t be beat! Despite all of this, sleeping became a little difficult due to the heat and a slightly underpowered AC unit, but that can be expected since it was the middle of a very hot Summer.

West Palm Hidden Gem

This property was exactly as described and more. You have to see it in person to reall appreciate the property. Its all in the details, and theyve done a great job with making sure you have everything you need. Check-in process was easy and the host Susan was great.

Wonderful place to stay

This place was perfect for our little beach getaway! Thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking with the host (Susan) and visits from Millie (her furbaby). Very well kept. Our girls enjoyed a few of the dog beaches located close by.

Three Days in Paradise

Cozy upstairs unit of a duplex carriage home, set in a lush tropical garden, complete with pool and jacuzzi spa, located behind the owner's main house. Small, but very well appointed, with antique furnishings and modern appliances and bath. A joy to just be there. Super location. Great neighborhood.

Cozy, cute, convenient.

I had a great short stay in March. A perfect spot to decompress solo for a couple days before meeting friends in palm beach. Sadly, rain and wind made it impossible to use the pool during my stay, but the view, and the relaxation was enough. And there is a beautiful new grocery store just a short walk away! Definitely recommend.

Charming property in eclectic area of old Palm Beach

Located within an older area of Palm Beach with fascinating architecture. A short walk down to the intercoastal and places you across from Mar-A-Lago. Close to major arteries, services, foodie’s options and the airport. Susan is a natural host who has taken great pride in her properties and it shows!

Nice quiet WPB stay over

We extended a work trip and opted to stay in WPB. the rental was just what we expected, clean, quiet and relaxing. Susan was very quick to respond and is extremely nice. Her dogs added a special touch for us as we have dogs ourselves. We didn’t have anyone below us in the 2nd unit, so we had the place to ourselves. Loved the pool and hot tub! Would recommend 100%

Enchanting treetop luxe nest

Kindly welcomed by the extremely warm and friendly owner and taken to this soulful, yet modern nest in the fairy jungle. With the bedside windows & french doors looking out to the treetops & warm string lights and the birds singing, this place is delightful mix of comfort, luxury and magic. The bed is insanely comfortable. The sweet little kitchen is insanely luxe & well designed. The rain/wand shower sublime. The pool and garden all very spa-like. Over-all enchanting & restful stay. Will definitely revisit!

Full Disclosure

The location of the rental was in a direct flight path and had to listen to jets flying overhead taking off and landing constantly during the day and evening every day. The studio unit was top notch with appliances all new and updated, the queen size bed was very comfortable with adjustable remote features. Would recommend better privacy with regard to the bathroom if having guests visit your unit. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful with rain shower and hand held features. Would recommend that the host re-install mounting bracket for double glide glass barn doors in bathroom to avoid head injuries to taller individuals. The unit rental is pet friendly however, dogs should not be allowed to relieve themselves in the surrounding pool area and on pool furniture and cushions. We were surprised to be greeted at our door by a pet of another renter and were thankful the dog was friendly. Having dogs swimming in the pool while guests are renting should not be allowed.

Paradise in Palm Beach

Hands down, one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve EVER had! Susan was an excellent host and “Casa Pina” was a joy to stay in! This luxurious little studio apartment delivered in every way possible! Every little detail was thought out! The bedding was clean and crisp, the little kitchen nook and eating area were perfect for eating something you grabbed to go or cooking. The sitting area and tv were great to sit and read a book or just relax. Just an amazing, cozy and romantic place to stay for 2 people! The bathroom had the most amazing walk in shower with a rain shower feature! There were plenty of towels and extras. Susan even had toothbrushes in case you forgot one! Washing machine and dryer you could use, hairdryer, soaps and shampoos, a stocked fridge with condiments and even little cookies upon arrival! The bed was also incredibly comfortable and Tempurpedic, so adjustable. The pool and hot tub area were fantastic! Susan’s backyard is a little oasis and great to sit out and look up at the stars and swaying palm trees. Street parking is fine here and you’re only 10 minutes from the airport! You can’t beat that convenience. You can also stroll along Antique Row and are just a hop and a skip from downtown! 5 out of 5 stars, will definitely be staying here again! Susan was also so nice to chat with and made us feel like if we had questions, we could ask her! Don’t hesitate, stay here!!

This lil place was perfect; close to airport, grocery & things to do. The cutest, dreamiest place to stay for 2 friends coming to town for a wedding. We had everything we needed, and it was perfect. If I had to give one negative, the only thing I could say is that both times we wanted to get in the hot tub it was cold. Other than that, perfection.

Stunning property!

Absolutely stunning property! We were in town for a concert. The home, pool, fenced patio, and location surpassed our expectations. The finishing inside were well thought out, custom and cozy. Immediately felt like a tasteful Key West vibe with everything we needed, down to chocolates and shortbread cookies. Walks were a joy with our tiny pups as the neighborhood had trees, sidewalks and beautiful side streets to explore. Location to water and the concert venue were perfect. We will definitely be back.

Casa Pina is a vibe!!!!

Casa Pina is a vibe! It was a lush tropical, classy, and cozy kind of vibe. The decor was very nice. It was a private little getaway nestled in an upscale neighborhood. Our hostess was very hospitable. We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub, but it definitely added to the ambiance. We walked away feeling more at peace. DISAPPOINTED

Not at all as advertised. We weren't greeted by either manager. The cottage wasn't cozy because it smells of mildew. Dog poop on the side of the hot tub smelled awful, especially in 95 degree heat. The cottage and property could look beautiful like the pictures if it were cleaned and taken care of. Plants outside are dying. Plus we had a dead roach in our bedroom! Have pictures but I don't know how to add them. Plus pictures don't show all the imperfections or we wouldn't have reserved the cottage.

Lovely Property and Friendly Host

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! Susan was a very friendly and accommodating host. She had so many helpful items, especially for a day at the beach. We so much appreciated her having beach chairs, a beach umbrella, insulated bags, and beach towels for our use. We enjoyed use of the grill and tools, as well. Coffee from the balcony overlooking the pool area was very pretty. She was always available when we asked for the hot tub to be turned on and we very much appreciated that. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. It is in a flight path, but I somewhat enjoyed that as I found the airplanes interesting to look at. The two dogs on the property were friendly. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and walking down to the Intracoastal Waterway, which is only a couple of blocks from the property. The location is a convenient drive to many beaches. The only area of concern I would have for anyone else is that if you are a person who needs a great deal of bathroom privacy, the bathroom door is a barn door style that doesn't quite close off the bathroom area completely, or if it does we found it difficult to properly use. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Graduation Weekend

My husband and I came for the weekend to attend a graduation. The property looks just like the pictures. The bathroom is stocked with whatever you may need (which is great because we forgot a couple things!). The host was very prompt with all communication. Location is great to downtown and the beach. I would definitely stay again.
