Cleaning Program
• All units are sprayed with a disinfectant mist before guest arrival
• All units have an Ozone machine running in the home 6 hours prior to guest arrival
• All laundries are washed and disinfected.
• All surfaces and touch areas are wiped with antibacterial solutions.
• Tiled floors and other hard flooring surfaces are moped with a "Pine-Sol" solution, labeled by the manufacturer as killing 99.9% of surface germs.
• Our cleaning staff wear gloves and masks when cleaning your home
• After being cleaned/disinfected etc toilets are sealed with a labeled paper sanitizer strip that is torn when the guest opens the toilet lid.

Pets considered must be under 35lbs, house trained, nonbarking, crate trained, and signed pet agreement for a $125 shampoo unit fee. $25 daily pay fee.
