We absolutely loved this house.

We absolutely loved this house. We had 2 families staying here with kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Great layout to watch tv or play games. We will look at booking this place again next year. Didn't need to interact much, but great communication on email and keys are always easy to get.

A great first time at Timberline

The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was the perfect amount of space for our group. The hot tub was steamy hot to enjoy upon arrival. Rooms were a nice size, beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels and linens. Tons of supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there could be some updates to the home and furniture, but we enjoyed the home overall.

Inside very clean

Very nice townhouse and very clean inside. Was quite disappointed in the condition of the outside patio. We had planned an 'outdoor' BBQ, but changed our mind due to the condition of the outside area. The table needed more than a simple 'wipe down' and there was an accumulation of sticks, limbs and leaves. Even outside chairs could not be utilized without cleaning them first, which we did not do. We did not use the hot tub, and the hot tub itself looked clean, the area surrounding it did not. BUT, the bathrooms, kitchen and other areas were very clean.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub didn't work.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub didn't work. After riding my bike I could have really used it for muscle soreness. I was not happy that I had to call back twice for a response to the hot tub situation. I never received a call just an email.
