The home is in a private-gated family oriented community located in South Downtown Cancun - a relaxed and safe neighborhood with 24/7 security. Short commute to points of interest in Cancun such as: Malls, Restaurants, and the Zona Hotelera Entrance - Your gateway to all sorts of fun!

The home has quick amenities nearby such as a GoMart Convenience Store, Pemex Refueling station, and Subway restaurant located just behind the gated community, just less than a 30 second walk away and many local restaurants nearby. The home is ideal for small or large groups and can accommodate up to 10 guests (Please see sleeping arrangements below, 1 Sofa Bed = 1 Comfortable Cot for 1 person). However, it is not ideal for party-goers, parties, or events.

Additionally, the home is at a short 9 min drive to the Zona Hotelera Entrance (Hotel Zone), short 15 minute drive to the beach, and short 12 minute drive to the Airport!
