Great spot for a relaxing week

Great place to stay! Everything was amazing. Room was clean and spacious for the 2 of us. Yard with Spa was such a great place to relax and really secure for our dog. Owner was very clear with all communications making the whole stay really simple and enjoyable.

Amazing Little Getaway

Susana was so helpful throughout my stay and responded to any concerns promptly! The place was a perfect getaway, I felt like I was at secluded little place in Bali! Very clean place, perfect size and facilities for a getaway from reality! Definitely will book when a getaway is needed again.

Very nice premises, spa a standout; great rapport with owner keeping in touch as needed. Property was great, unfortunately the rain bomb along the coast limited out outings, otherwise a great stay.

So relaxing

This is our 2nd visit to Heavenly Spa Retreat, and again it was a fabulous and relaxing stay. The renovation looks lovely and the spa is indeed heavenly and was the star of our much needed break. Thank you Susana fot being a great host with on point communication.

Perfect for a week away

Big thanks to Suzana for letting us stay with our 1 year old Aussie Shepherd. As business owner’s it was nice to get away and RELAX. We had the best 5 days away from home and even got engaged whilst we were away. Will definitely be back! Bowie has never had so much fun, whether it be at the beach or walking down to the local Cafe and exploring.

Just Perfect

Heavenly Spa Retreat was a fantastic place for a short getaway from life. It was clean and fresh and very comfortable. The spa was amazing with lots of privacy, we felt like we were miles away from anywhere. The beach was just down the road and there were plenty of touristy places to go and places to eat within a very short distance. If you felt like staying in and cooking there was everything you might need, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils and condiments. Susana was lovely to deal with at all times and a wonderful host. Overall it was a perfect few days. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic oasis in a lovely location

The hot tub is incredible and the place looks like it was made by very professional builders with a decor all designed at once by an interior designer. Modern, well thought out. Just great. Only complaints would be that the signs on the key lock boxes might need to be redone and the parking is a little tricky.

Brian and wife were meant to stay at our retreat for 2 nights. Instructions were sent to them in the morning and check in was at 3pm. They called me about midday asking for instructions, in which I proceeded to tell them again. Following that, they made at least another 8 calls. They had pets with them and they seemed stressed from the first call. I gave them an earlier check in to the retreat, however with 30 mins they chose not to stay there. The reason they gave me it was raining a lot, they couldn’t get their couldn’t get the clothes out of the car without getting wet. I asked them to wait in the studio until it stopped raining to get their things out, they refused. Unfortunately I can’t control the weather. It’s a pity they chose not to stay at the retreat, and it’s unfair writing a review when they were there for 30 mins. Do not recommend this guests to other hosts, they are hard work and make irrational decisions!

Excellent studio

The studio is beautiful and the garden is amazing with spa and barbecue. Short drive to beaches and shops. Central to allow site seeing drives around the central coast.
