A fully self-contained studio located at the rear of a private residence - you'll enjoy the serenity afforded at this quiet locale.

Comfort is a focus in this beautifully styled and clean holiday retreat.
Enjoy a BBQ while relaxing on the deck within garden surrounds or take a stroll to the surf beach on the ocean side of the Peninsula.
Ideally located near the ocean beach at Rye with coastal trails for serene walks and so close to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including spectacular golf courses, award-winning restaurants and wineries, divine fresh produce, and of course the Peninsula Hot Springs.
Extra bedding is provided by way of a double sofa bed and a single foldaway bed.

Strictly no parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
