Located at the front of the street, this refreshed apartment is clean, organized, and highly functional for a family vacation. With ample natural light, the kitchen efficiently utilizes space with a breakfast bar and stools. It includes all necessary amenities such as a family-sized fridge, dishwasher, and pod coffee machine. The kitchen opens into the dining and cozy living areas, which feature a split-system air conditioner to keep you cool after a day at the beach.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
An ideal choice for a family holiday, this unit offers three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, another contains a double bed, and the third is furnished with two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort and is served by a family-sized bathroom complete with a bathtub.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.
No smoking on premises.
No pets permitted
Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.
20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.
No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date.
