House was convenient to the beach and had a great view of the water. The hot tub was an extra added bonus that we really enjoyed. There was no lift to assist in bringing your luggage, ice chests, etc. up the stairs. Very limited items such as cooking items to choose from.

Positives: Nice view and beachfront rooms were all clean. ---- NEGATIVES: There was a dead possum right on the path to the beach as you step off the back patio from the house. The kitchen faucet was leaking upon arrival. So we had to turn off the shut-offs under the sink. Also, the propane grill's ignitor is not working, forcing us to take off all the grates and use a lighter to cook steaks

We had a very quiet and peaceful stay. Enjoyed having our dogs at the beach with us. The house was great, very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was low, but otherwise no complaints.

Awesome location

Great location right on the beach with very little traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Our only issue was the TV in the living room locking up constantly.
