We went to Chapin for 2 weeks to have the Christmas holiday with our family. The house is lovely and has every accommodation that you could want. The beds are comfortable, too. If we go back next year I will want to stay in this home again.

Great home and location

We stayed here as a layover spot on the way to the Outer Banks. The home was definitely well equipped and comfortable for what we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. It was a good location to visit the lake or town. I would definitely recommend this home!

Peaceful and well kept

So CLEAN & so well stocked

We have stayed in so many vacay rentals over the years from coast to coast and this is by far the best one yet! The house was extremely clean, host was so very nice, and the house was so very well stocked. We will definitely be back when in the area.

The house includes everything you need, whether it is the grill, the tools for the grill, cookies upon arrival, quiet neighborhood, excellent access to the lake across the street, fans, extension cords, a pantry that included so many things you don't think you'll need... The house is kept so neatly and in such order. We had a very relaxing time and were able to easily feel at home here! This was probably the most comfortable, clean accomodation with every convenience/amenity thought through and provided (and we've lived and traveled all over the world). It exceeded our expectations!
