**Guest Access**

After you've completed your booking, you will receive an email from a company named August with instructions on how to set up your virtual key.

Additionally, you will receive a message with detailed step by step instructions on how to use that virtual key, where to park, and how to find the unit.

As always, we're happy to assist you with any questions or give you tips regarding your visit.

The unit is all yours and you will not be disturbed unless you contact us.

**Please Note**

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. All requests during your stay will have to be directed towards us as the staff on site will be unable to assist with your stay.

Criminal Background Check
Guests will be subject to a criminal background check upon booking. This is a requirement from the property manager and only checks for criminal background.

*Community Rules and Policies*
This is a private apartment and is part of a larger community. We Keyturned, are required by the managerial staff to have each guest acknowledge the rules/policies for the private community. These community rules and policies, are to be adhered to at all times during your stay.

All confirmed guests will receive an email request from Keyturned with an electronic agreement form. This form can be signed from any device and must be sent back to us prior to fully checking in to the apartment.

Unit Location/Access/Parking
This unit is located on the 1st floor.

Upon initially checking in, however, you must park on the first floor in Guest Parking, and proceed to the unit.

You'll park in Guest Parking initially, however, once you obtain the key fob and gain access to the unit, a parking parking permit is available inside the apartment that will allow you to park in the main garage.

Additionally, parking is first come first served. There is no dedicated parking. We highly recommend you use a ride share service like Lyft or Uber or the TECO Smart Line Trains.

**There is only once parking permit board available per reservation** If you have more than one vehicle you'll have to let us know at the time of booking.

****You must have the parking permit board displayed in your vehicle at all times while parked in the Resident parking garage. Failure to do so could result in your vehicle being towed.****

The community does not allow or have room available for trailer or RV parking.
