These delightful wood-frame, walk-up units are conveniently located Oceanside on Coastal Highway only a short walk from the beach. Two buildings comprise this well planned project and each unit provides two car off-street parking spaces. (Some spaces are under the buildings-height restrictions exist!) Each unit is well equipped with full kitchen, washer, dryer, central air, and some units have courtesy DVD players and free WIFI internet. All units are NON-SMOKING! Dining and convenience stores withing walking distance.

Not what I expected

The location was great and easy access to the beach. The property was filthy. We had to clean upon our arrival before we could put our stuff down. The beds were old and uncomfortable.
