We loved this condo. Very comfortable and well stocked. Perfect location to walk everywhere in Ashville. Spotless throughout. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Parking in the building is a bonus. Highly recommend.
Me and my family had a comfortable and very convenient stay for a wedding. It is pricey but a very nice and highly secured building. It is so unfortunate to see so much homelessness in Asheville.
Please was spacious, clean and accommodated out party of 5 very well.

Great amenities and location

Our family of 6 found the condo spacious, clean and stylish as shown in the photos. We had plenty of space for each couple and the condo was very clean and well appointed. The location was excellent for walking to our favorite restaurants and shopping.
We really enjoyed the property! We had 7 ladies staying for a moms weekend. The unit was super clean and tastefully decorated. Location was perfect and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Bus station was across the street but we were not bothered by the noise at all. Thanks for a great stay!

Group of seven women on a girl’s trip. The condo was in a great location for walking to bars and restaurants. A short drive to Biltmore. Plenty of room for all of us.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown. We were able to walk every where. It’s across the street from the music venue Rabbit Rabbit which worked out great for us when we decided to attend the show. Very safe and secure building. Really perfect for our group of 5 girls
Fantastic property. Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and breweries. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. With any property located in downtown there is the standard street noise to be aware of, but did not interfere with our sleeping or enjoyment of the condo.

We had 3 couples and 2 teenage children and we were looking for something centrally located so that we could maximize our time in Asheville. The place was great. We walked to dinner and shopping downtown and we were just a short drive to The Biltmore and the Art District. The sofa was not a pull-out queen bed as I had thought, but it worked out fine.

This place was perfect for our group of ladies. We wanted to experience Asheville and this was a prime location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the downtown. Local neighborhood was really cute as well… the bus station is across the street, but just around the corner are some local breweries and unique bars. Uber was easy to use from this location and we absolutely loved our clean and spacious condo. It was very safe and lots of security measures for each entry point. Would absolutely stay here again.
This is a really nice 3 BR condo. The unit is well maintained and super convenient to downtown. It does look out onto the bus station but i didnt really notice bus noise. You are right in the core so you will hear people stumbling home from the bars on the weekend. Overall it was a great location and space.
The property was very nice. A little noisy. It would have been nice to have a couple more kitchen towels and salt and pepper shakers etc.
Otherwise, very nice, we had a great time.
My group of 6 women had a 5-night stay in unit 307 in June. The unit was very spacious, extremely clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect —- an easy walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shopping in downtown Asheville. Room darkening shades in the bedrooms would help block out the morning sun and soundproofing the windows in the bedrooms would help reduce the noise from traffic on Asheland Avenue. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!

The Apartment was exactly like the picture. It was easy to get a hold of management for anything we needed. Unfortunately, it’s across the street from the bus depot, but the secure garage was very helpful in getting in and out of the apartment. Loved the apartment itself, I would stay there again.

Girls weekend of 7 moms, friends since childhood. This place was PERFECT. So clean and updated. Plenty of room for the 7 of us with everything we’d need at the condo (and labeled!) Walking distance from everywhere we went, and felt safe and secure with the garage space, elevator and door all with key codes to enter. Would recommend for anyone coming to Asheville with a group up to 8!
Loved this condo! It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect layout for our group to gather in the living area and spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and very clean. We were able to walk to downtown and enjoy the fabulous restaurants and shops. Fun! The concert venue was within earshot but the music ended around 9 pm so it did not bother us. When we arrived we had a question for the management company, and they responded immediately. We had a wonderful weekend in Asheville.
