This 3-bedroom features 2 king bedrooms, and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bunk-bed. Wake up to peaceful mountain mist and coffee as you plan your day in Asheville. After enjoying what the town and surroundings have to offer, continue your vacation by relaxing in the townhome with a private elevator, and a fully stocked kitchen. You can even catch the mountain sunrise while relaxing in the living room. The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 1 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. The garage features a high-powered electric vehicle charger (for Tesla or any other car-type SAE J1772). No detail has been overlooked!
Located in the South Slope Brewery District and is walkable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away--this location is hard to beat. Convenience, luxury, comfort, and an always-available staff provide our guests with the privacy of a fully equipped home while also keeping you in contact with local staff to assist with any needs or questions you may have. The maximum number of guests occupying this townhome can not exceed 6 people. If occupancy exceeds 6, Towns Property Management, Inc reserves the right to evict guests. 
No house parties are permitted in the home and there is a strict 10:00 PM noise ordinance. Violation of any property rules listed above can result in eviction. Upon eviction, no refund will be issued to the guest.

Wonderful Stay
Beautiful townhouse. Location was within walking distance to downtown and driving to the Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway. Having 2 parking spaces was also a plus.

Overall a great experience
This location worked for our family. Only about a 15-20 min walk to most of the bars/restaurants/stores we wanted to go to. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the layout of the unit. Elevator was a big help. Quiet. Only negatives: showers took a very long time to get hot and water pressure was NOT good. We are a family of 5 and only two tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner provided for 5 nights. You will need to buy/bring your own. Our family spent several nights working on a 1000 piece puzzle only to find that there were 19 pieces missing!! Super frustrating!kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Washer/dryer was a big plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot in Asheville
We really enjoyed our stay in Asheville and the rental house was perfect! Sparkling clean, well appointed with everything you would need, and a great location. We walked just about everywhere we wanted to go. Really appreciated the garage and assigned parking spot as well, it made coming and going so easy. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs patio enjoying the weather and view of downtown. All the beds were comfy and we appreciated the ceiling fans and individually controlled AC in each room, so everyone could have things just as they would like.
