Villa Christina is an updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home located in the desirable Southwest area of Cape Coral. Pride in ownership is evident in every room in this house. This home features Tommy Bahama style furniture and a tropical theme carried throughout the home.

KEY FEATURES: This home has bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs/umbrella, a ping pong table, high chair, and pack & play crib for guests.

Living Room: The formal living room features a sofa and loveseat, with a large slider opening to the lanai. There is a large family room, which features a comfortable sectional and large flat-screen TV. The home is stocked with toys and games as well as a pack-n-play, stroller, baby bath, and a high chair, making this home perfect for families.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a quick snack or an elegant sit-down dinner for the family. A slider from the breakfast area located by the kitchen and family room opens to the lanai.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a slider leading to the lanai. The master bath is as beautiful as the rest of the home, with travertine tile, a free-standing soaking bathtub and walk-in shower.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: There are three guest bedrooms, two have Queen-size beds, and the third has two twin beds. These rooms share the guest bathroom, done in all travertine tile, and features a large walk-in shower.

Pool/Lanai: The back of the home features three sets of sliders and windows that will let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine. When opened, it will give you the feeling of bringing the outside in. The spacious lanai features a dining table that seats 8 people and a comfortable outdoor sectional, complete with a cocktail table and flat-screen TV. There are two lounge chairs next to the electric heated pool, where you can relax and work on your Florida suntan.

Multigenerational Stay

This is a well equipped home that worked well for our multigenerational family stay. The grandchildren loved the swimming pool. We used the kayaks and bicycles. We ate most meals in the house and the kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. We would stay at the house again if in the area.

Ideal for families

I will echo what others have said. This house is perfect for families with small children. They have gone out of their way to include everything you could possibly need for little ones. The location is perfect, right down the road from a nice playground. We walked there almost every evening. I hope to be back!

We had an amazing week at Villa Christina! It was the perfect set up for older kids, with the pool, kayaks, a ping pong table, and bikes. The house was spacious enough for everyone to find their own place. The location was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to beaches, shopping, and biking. The owners thought of everything, so when we stayed home, there was plenty to do. I have already recommended this house to friends and family, and would love to return sometime!

This place had everything you might need and was absolutely perfect for my family. The kayaks were so much fun on the canal and the garage was fully stocked with everything you might dream to have on the beach. We loved the bikes, coolers, fishing poles, and beach chairs. The house was also fully stocked with everything you might need. We loved grilling and spending time on the back deck. The floor plan of this house was a dream and was perfect for my family of 8.The host and owner were so wonderful to work with. They were fabulous communicators and truly did their all to make us feel at home and that our stay was smooth. Thank you for everything! We had a wonderful time!

Better Than Advertised

Agree with the other reviewers that say the home is better than the photos. Very clean and updated. Quiet location. Numerous amenities in the home -- substantially more than other VRBO's that we have stayed in. Property management company very responsive. Deserves 5-star rating.

Beautiful home and very well kept down to the littlest details

The home was gorgeous and very well kept making it perfect for our family vacation! We especially loved the lanai and spent most of our time out there. The homeowners were wonderful and very timely and helpful with our questions. The home had so many little extras (Netflix, tumblers with lids for the boat, board games for the kids, pool floats, lots of beautiful patio furniture for seating, blender, griddle, seafood utensils, ping pong table, fishing gear, kayaks, etc.) that made our vacation that much more enjoyable! We were a little frustrated with the multiple ‘reminders’ from the rental agency and the neighbors checking in on us notifying the agency we left the garage door open and weren’t home since the vehicles weren’t, when in fact we were outside! My husband and brother had taken the vehicles fishing. Apparently a neighbor found it necessary to ‘keep watch’ when we were home and when they thought we were not! The agency also found it necessary to contact us 3 times in 1 day about our boat pick-up instructions when previously verified days earlier. The home truly was amazing and we have already talked about planning another vacation. Thank you for making our family vacation outstanding!

Perfect peaceful getaway

Beautiful home, better than the pictures online. Clean & plenty of seating inside & outside. We spent majority of our time outdoors. We enjoyed the pool, fishing, & taking the boat we rented through the canals & out to the Gulf. The neighborhood was lovely & close to shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, quiet location

We didn't spend much time inside, but the house was beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time in the pool area and on the dock looking for animals in the canal. There was an assortment of pool toys and floaties which was awesome! We went out for walks every morning and the neighborhood had little traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We rented Villa Christina for our 2 grown children and grandkids. We had the master suite which is so beautifully furnished! The entire house is beautifully furnished. So many thoughtful furnishings like toys for the little ones, bikes, kayaks, beach stuff, pool toys and plenty of towels. We did have a few issues, the pool heater stopped working the last few days so we didn’t bother the owner and we had a smoke alarm chirping which was taken care of right away. Overall we would definitely recommend this rental.

Villa Christina Family Vacation

The property exceeded my expectations. It looked exactly as it did in the photos and we had a great time. The house was clean and equipped with everything as if we were at home. The games, high chair, stroller and pack and play were an added bonus. We did a lot of beach hopping thanks to all the beach gear provided. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and watching TV. We also spent a lot of time grilling and swimming in the private pool. Southwest Florida has great beaches and are not too far from the house. I'm ready to plan our next vacation and we would stay here again. The owner pays attention to details and it shows.

Beautiful! Plenty of room for the eight of our family members. Clean, enough bikes, beach chairs, fishing equipment , and floats. Very comfortable and the location was perfect for Fort Myers to Sanibel Island.
