A spacious living area, with a washer and dryer for you convenience. WATER PARK IS NOT AVAILABLE PER HOA BUT INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL ARE BOTH READILY AVAILABLE. Close to Barefoot Landing, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Parks, and so much more! Central to everything, but it can be as secluded as you make your trip!

Room was decent, good size property for value. Carpets need cleaning or replaced! Refrigerator never worked reached out to owner on the morning of arrival they were going to send someone no one came out, 283 with of groceries ruined! Resort amenities are ok need little bit of work or just a good cleaning. Unit was good end unit so that was at least nice for sound with kids.

Our first family vacation

This was our first family vacation with our adult kids and grandbabies. The location of the hotel was awesome. We were in the middle of everywhere. The beach was perfect. We will be back next year!

Trash chute is rather disgusting... but it's trash. Try to somehow limit trash smell. Overall stay was great. Maybe a upgrade on carpet, or change to a laminate flooring.

Unit was just as described. Worked out perfectly for our 3 adults, 8 children. There was an issue with the AC, but Lynne was on top of it as soon as i messaged her. Would stay again.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great for entertainment and shopping. The view was out of this world! Can see the ocean and the city. I will stay again. My family really enjoyed themselves. We were there to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary and Thanksgiving holiday.

Very nice home feeling

I really felt like I was at home on vacation. First time using VRBO will be using again this summer. Was able to make some meals and everything was able to do what they wanted to the only downside was parking was tight if you have a larger vehicle. Overall very impressive for the value.

This condo has more then enough space for a family of 10. The host was very responsive from beginning to end. The view was perfect. It’s a ocean view but at the angle you can see the ocean, city and everything else on the spacious balcony. Will be staying here again.

Girls Trip

The dining table was broken and we didn’t know that until the table collapsed with our food on it. The carpet needs to be replaced throughout and the furniture needs to be updated. The washer and dryer need to be replaced as well. The whole thing was outdated and needs to be remodeled and refreshed. There is a need for a new set of pots and pans. The owner did replace the dining table pretty quickly for us. We were grateful for that. The location is great. A short walk to the ocean/ beach. Once these updates have been completed, this will be a fantastic place to stay.

Spring break getaway

We traveled for a week with 3 adults and 2 teens and everyone had a blast! Our usually unimpressed teens loved the condo and resort and found lots to do. The indoor pool was a bit cramped for us but the outdoor pool was amazing. There is not access to the water park but we didn't really miss it. Having the restaurant,.pizza place and the little store in the resort helped us out immensely. The unit itself was beautiful. The balcony ovelooks the ocean and gives stunning views. We also loved the walking distance to the beach. We even made it there for sunrise. All in all we were impressed with the condo , the amenities the unit and repair and the large amount of towels. Having 2 teen girls traveling with us, towels are important as well as a washer and dryer which is in the unit and worked amazing. All in all we had an amazing time and would definitely return.

Great location but needs upgrades asap

Are tvs stop working was told someone would come out never came. Property bathrooms not very clean. Pictures make it seem that you have access to outdoor pool only indoor pool and was not very clean. Refrigerator had water accumulate.

HI Chalet I spoke with the cleaners who said the tvs did work- must have been error somewhere:) sorry you didnt get to visit the outdoor pool- it is located beach side between the lobby and the beach with cabanas!

It was a nice area to stay.

It's a little outdated but, comfortable even though the beds are a bit small. There was frosting and cake smeared on the side of the table but, the bedding and towels were very clean. We didn't exactly know which building to go in or where to park. If you have a vehicle taller than 6'8 you can't park in the parking garage. It would have been nice to have a pamphlet in the room explaining what we could do using the bracelets and maybe a general tv guide. It did have great views and it was close to a lot of attractions. We went to pirate's voyage. One great thing was the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. I forgot mine so I was very pleased. The staff in the hotel were very helpful.

Okay but would not return

Impression by looking at the website for this resort was outstanding. However, many things gradually became apparent were not as expected. Parking is extremely tight, and elevator service was not good. For the amount of people, one would expect all three elevators are working at one time but that was not the case. No issues with check in/out. Inside the condo, the double beds were not queen beds but actually full size. The initial listing omits or does not make clearer the different property amenities. Inside the condo, the carpet needs to be desperately replaced with tile. On bare feet the carpet was icky and for lack of a better word, disgusting, it is very dirty. This is a beach setting and carpet is not a good idea. There was no mop or dustpan available. It barely had the kitchen items needed to cook a couple of meals. Some of the utensils need to be replaced, they are pretty worn out. Refrigerator was clean, coffee maker seemed fairly new which was good. I'd recommend replacing the couch and chairs with something more comfortable. TVs worked but are not smart TVs so could not do Netflix or something similar, but that's not a big deal. Access to the waterpark apparently was not included, reached out to host and said this was made clear, which is not. We were not the only ones who were turned away for the same reason, so is it really clear?? I don't think so. I hope the listings don't magically change after something is brought up. Access to the beach is great.

Check in was perfect. Communication was perfect. The pool was horrible. As soon as you walk in your eyes burn of chlorine. It was dirty. Outside pool was freezing. The bathroom had holes as if they were peep holes. The towels were dirty and needed rewashed. The dishes were dirty and needed rewashed. Their were products left from previous fuest like shampoo. Conditioner and bodywash in the shower. The carpets could use a shampooing or up grade. They did supply towels and plenty of them along with plenty of dishes. Beds were comfortable. Definitely a lot of room. No smart tv so bring a roku if you plan to watch something or a Xbox to watch apps on. The name of the wifi to connect to isnt on paperwork and the password starts with a capital which also wasnt on paperwork. Took us a lot of playing with it to figure it out. Water stains in the ceiling. I did take pics of everything. I personally think you get what you pay for. I also believe if they updated a lot of stuff like carpets, maybe a paint job and fixed the walls like the holsles and the fact that the walls dont go all the way down to the floor (like its broken drywall) this would be an amazing play to stay. The view was nice. Plenty of room to sit on balcony. The parking was horrible. You have to try and fit cars coming in and going out in the garage and its super small. If a car is coming at you then you have to reverse to let them through or you both are stuck. We ended up leaving on 2 days early from our vaca

Nice location, and unit. Only complaint was hot water not available in early mornings and late even.

Cold morning showers very uncomfortable. No hot water until 9:00 am unreasonable. We are early risers, usually up and out before 7:00 am. Late nights also no hot water.
